Aldo Shoes

I ordered a pair of size 8 flats from the Glendale store cuz they didn’t have that size for me to try on. When I got the shoes they were too small and squeezing my toes a lot. So I went to the Hollywood store to order a 8.5.
When I got the 8.5 shoes, the front was a bit still tight, but the back was super loose, half of my feet slide up and I can totally not walk in them. So I went back to the Hollywood store again to return the shoes, because clearly these flats don’t work out for me no matter what size they come in.
Only by then was I informed that I couldn’t do a return cuz I already did an exchange once.
I told the store manager that I wasn’t informed that last time and that when I asked the other store manager who was a lady «Do I get another 60 days, just in case the 8.5 don’t work out for me, too?» She told me, «Yes, you definitely have a new date.»
She didn’t say anything about not being able to return them if they did not work out.
She didn’t tell me anything about that if once I did an exchange already I wouldn’t be able to do a return.
Cuz if I had known that I wouldn’t be able to do a return even though the shoes don’t fit after one exchange, I would’ve just returned it since the first time. I wouldn’t have even tried my luck with the 8.5.
I asked the store manager if he could return the shoes for me this time since I was not informed about this policy, he still said he couldn’t.
This is bad. You shouldn’t have failed to inform your customers about such policies.

When I came here yesterday, it was pretty empty thankfully and I was helped from the minute I walked in. The lady that approached me asked me what occasion I needed it for (New Year’s) and what I was wearing (black dress) and then she said «I have the perfect one for you.» She then brings me to these sparkly high heels and my first reaction was «NO WAY!!» I couldn’t even picture myself wearing shoes like that. She insisted I try them on, so I did. And strangely, I was kind of digging them. First of all, they were extremely comfortable. And second of all, even though I would have never looked twice at those shoes, they were very cute. Especially for New Years. She gave me the whole «I told you so» ordeal, but it is great to know that there are people there to help you choose out a pair of shoes. I will be back here when I need a new pair of kicks.

The so called manager at this Hollywood location is very disrespect and unprofessional she should be fired today!!! I will never shop in aldo again. Btw she should get rid of that nose ring makes her nose looks even bigger. Hate that disrespectful bish

Horrible customer service. No acknowledgement whatsoever and very unwilling to help. Also, pretty disorganized and messy. Boo you Hollywood Aldo!

I’ve bought several pairs of shoes from aldo over the past 10 years. All of them lasted for years… Good quality
Just a few weeks ago I bought a pair of sandals and they ripped! I explained that to the manager and he didn’t even question me for one second. He went right to find me a replacement and that was it. This is not only a reflection of the manager, it’s ultimately a reflection of Aldo as a whole. Thanks for making my day.

Decent service and helpful staff but terrible return policy if you lose your original receipt. Money better spent elsewhere with customer friendly policies, not just customer service.

Who goes to Aldo in the middle of a huge tourist destination when there’s an Aldo in almost every other mall?
It was surprising. The service was friendly and prompt. I know if I was in an area with tons of tourists, I’d probably stab myself with a shoe horn.

Aaaaactually, I change my mind, hahaha. I’ve come back several times now and have found a lot of great things.
