From the initial phone call to the time the job was finished and we parted ways, this was an excellent experience. I must admit that Amazon’s quote was more than a couple hundred dollars $$ more than the next highest estimate I got from other tree services. But I chose them anyway… and here’s why: INTEGRITY!!! The day that Cesar came to look at my tree and give an estimate, he arrived a few minutes EARLY. None of the other companies arrived on time, nor did they call to say they were running late. One company even FORGOT about our appointment. So, for Cesar to get to my place early showed me that he respects my time. I absolutely loved that!!! Next, he is licensed, bonded and insured. Love it! He discussed every aspect of what he would do to /​for my tree and explained why. He answered every question I had and addressed every concern with patience and honesty.
On the day of service, he arrived on time, worked hard, efficiently and did an awesome job on my tree. You can tell that they take great pride in doing the job right. I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone and I plan to use them again

Leo and his team were extremely professional and did a great job with trimming our trees and re-​staking trees in our backyard.
Top 5 things that I loved about them:
1) they worked around our schedule. (we needed our work done in a small window of time and they were able to get in and get the work done.
2) Their crew worked very hard and needed very little direction. They knew how to make the trees look perfectly manicured and cleaned up every leaf afterwards.
3) Family business (father and son) seemed to take pride in their work.
4) Leo came out at the end and did a walk through with me and explained all their work.
5) They advised us that they are available for any follow up work as they work the pasadena area regularly.

I did call estimated four tree maintenance serv. companies for clean up the trash from palm tree. Quote $ high before even they look at job site that how much have stub for remove. I exchanged few information with picture and
set up the time with Amazon Tree Services.

Great hard working people in this company. Cesar gave me a great quote for a clean up and the installation of 2 new valves to water my planters. They stump grinded a large Chinese elm stump, trimmed a hedge, weeded out my planters and then placed some mulch. They surprisingly finished the job in one day. They came prepared and Cesar was always there in case I had any questions. I already recommended this company to a friend and will be using them again in the near future.

This company (I spoke with Caesar) quoted me the 2^nd highest price out of the 10+ quotes I received to remove my tree.

I have hired this company on several major landscape projects, always with outstanding results. Most recently, when I needed major trimming on an extended 3-​story high hedge that is critical to the privacy and views of my property, I made just one call and knew that it was the right decision. And again, the service by Amazon was outstanding; the price was fair; the quality of the work was simply excellent. It can be very difficult to find landscapers who have the professional experience, training, knowledge, and sound business ethics that must all combine in order to provide superior value and service to the customer. Amazon has all of those elements in that critical combination. I strongly recommend this company. Good trees are an asset — part of the value of real property — and they deserve and require skilled maintenance and care. I highly recommend Amazon Tree Service for all tree work — and other landscaping projects, too. This is a very good company and I will use them again and again in the future.

I hired Cesar and his guys to trim my pine tree about a week ago. The pine looked very heavy and its right next to my house,
so i decided that it was time to cut off some heavy branches. It was a show all by itself just watching their trimmer climb
that tree with no problem. They were done and all cleaned up way faster than I expected. They also gave me an estimate
for maintenance after my last gardener decided to quit without even a notice a month ago. These guys are incredibly
courteous, fast, professional, and their price seemed fair for the amount of work. I want to give thanks to Amazon
Tree Service, Inc. for their amazing work. I will be using them again this summer for my Oak tree.
