We just purchased a new home and I was freaking out a bit after reading a bunch of stuff on the internet about asbestos. I gave Andersen Environmental a call and got Aidan on the line. He was really professional and knowledgeable, and he helped put a lot of my concerns to rest. You can tell this is a company that doesn’t just try to make a quick buck off you.

We learned in the middle of escrow the property was once a gas station and there was a laundry two units next to the office building. We were in a time crunch and asked Andersen to perform Phase I and Phase II. John Siskowic was professional, responsive and made the best effort to speed the process. They worked in protecting to our best interest. Highly ethical and communicative with the progress. They were patient and competent in communicating to Seller and made it as stress free as possible. We were stressed for time and John kept us updated through the entire process and delivered his report on time. I definitely would use them again!

I am about to wrap up a deal on an old gas station in Los Angeles, Yes, a gas station. So for my piece of mind and the bank’s piece of mind, A Phase 1 and Phase 2 were in order. I was referred to them by Michael James Parkes from Recon property inspections. Michael performed the structural end of the inspection.
I cant emphasize enough that the guys at AE were competent, professional, and detailed from start to finish. It was a no nonsense environmental inspection that ended up in the best way possible. I am happy to say that escrow will be closing in a few days. Thank you AE for the great work! If your looking for someone to perform your environmental inspection, check these guys out. They are worth every penny.

They moved incredibly quickly, and Aiden personally took care of pushing through my paperwork, tests and reports as fast as possible. They did a great job explaining the regulatory environment and the processes so I understood what needed to be done. I am so grateful for their guidance and responsiveness!
