I’ve been twice. It’s cute and trendy. But O M G the prices… And the vendors… Like I get it, you think the crap you made is super cool. You think your hot stuff because your in LA. A flannel you found at Goodwill and splashed with bleach $ 180? A cotton scarf dipped indigo for $ 90? No thanks. I’ll make them myself for $ 10. Check out the girl who makes jewelry out of silverware and the girl who stamps letter onto jewelry. Also, plan on the fact that you can literally only afford one thing when you go. So make it a good choice.

Tiny tiny tiny«flea» market located in the arts district. There was only two food trucks, a dj, and a couple venders. Everything was a bit pricey. I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting it to be a lot bigger(more venders and definitely a lot more food trucks. Your girl was starving T_T)

First of all, this place is not cheap. If you’re expecting a cheap swap meet, don’t go. Second, it’s small. Like tiny, so if you’re expecting the Rose Bowl, don’t go. That said, this place is great! Yes, it’s expensive, but that’s because you’re purchasing items handcrafted with love! Do go if you’re looking for items that are not available everywhere :)

Took us quite a while circling around for street parking nearby. When we arrived, it took us just 5 minutes and we are done with the flea I’m serious! That’s how small the place was even though we did stopped by to take a look at some vintage accessories and handmade art(lamp, watch, rings made of keys). Kind of disappointed, not worth driving all the way there unless you’re bored and has nothing to do that day.

First time to a flea market! On a lovely Saturday my friend and I were exploring around the DTLA area and he happened to find that this little gem. It’s located in the Arts District area so parking can be so so. I’ll have to say it is smaller than I expected but overall it was very cool to see what people create and love to do. You can find all kinds of things such as jewelry, arts, clothing etc. I ended up buying candles from Rx Los Angeles and a doggy bow tie from Trax by Carlin Traxler. I can’t say that you’ll spend hours here but it’s definitely worth checking out so long as you have something else planned for your day! I plan to explore other flea markets very soon! I’m hooked!

I was excited to check this market out because I love anything vintage and jewelry. I’m always on the lookout for local art as well. I was kind of disappointed. A lot of what others have said is very true. First off, parking can be a bit dicey but I found a space super close right off the bat. I guess I had good karma that day. I say, you just have to be patient and look around. This market is so small. Barely three rows of stuff. They had a guy selling plants in super cute planters that I liked. I also liked some of the jewelry and leather that was being sold. BUT Everything is super EXPENSIVE! If you are looking for a deal I don’t think I would come here. If you have lots of money to burn, then definitely come. They did have some cute stuff here and it’s fun to look. I’d probably go back.

A cool little market, but I’m not sure I’d call it «flea.» Doesn’t that sort of imply a relative affordability of the items for sale? Maybe I’m confusing this with a swap meet or a sale, but a flea market has the connotation that you can find rare goofy items and get them on the cheap. Not really the case with this place, which is pretty trendy and located in the downtown LA Arts District. Parking is a monster hassle — we found a spot on one of the large thoroughfares after failing to locate a suitable space on any of the smaller sidestreets. Not a big deal, but I don’t think I would have wanted to walk back to the car once the sun went down. Luckily, it did not … EVER. No, I kid. It did, just after we left. We got a succulent. The object, not the modifier. A plant in a space-helmet-shaped glass hanging transparent holder, of sorts. We have it dangling above our balcony, now. It’s lovely. Most of the vendors do take some sort of debit card, which is helpful, since I don’t want to be carting a bunch of cash around, again, not in the world’s nicest areas just a few blocks away from this spot. There were 3 aisles of «shops», most of them selling some form of clothing, art, plants or books. A few food trucks parked near the entrance to vend their tasties. All in all, worth checking out for slightly less mainstream goodies. Not blow-the-hair-off-my-head awesome, but another little LA secret that has its value. Oh, and there’s a beer house next door, so that’s cool. Not part of the event, but location counts for something, don’t it?

I try to get out of my little Hollywood/West Hollywood bubble as often as possible and experience different areas of LA, so I thought this would be a good alternative to the Melrose Flea market at Fairfax High or the Rose Bowl flea market. I thought wrong. It is SO freaking small we literally walked through in 4 minutes max. There were 3 food trucks and maybe 30 vendors, a DJ and maybe 50 people. After taking almost an hour to get there in heavy traffic from Hollywood plus looking for parking and having to pee on the side of the road, I was hoping for an outing longer than 10 minutes, but now we know. I think if you live in the area, it’s probably an amazing option, but it’s so small and not worth the trip if you’re farther than walking distance. It’s cute and all, but if you’re serious about shopping for some flea market finds, make it a worthwhile day and drive out to Pasadena or hit up Fairfax High on Sundays. Hopefully this luke warm review won’t have angry hipsters raging against my Unilocal page, but I’m guessing Unilocal would be lame to them anyways. On a positive note, you can bring your dogs, which is great, if you have dogs like me, unless you’re afraid of dogs, and then you’re just weird and probably shouldn’t leave your house if you live in LA.

I really liked this small little flea market event! Again, it’s SMALL! So I definitely wouldn’t drive from far away for this. It’s in a good area located by some good restaurants in the Arts District, good coffee, and there’s also other stores etc to check out near by! Lots of handmade jewelry/soaps/bags etc that are good for gifts but a little pricier, but hey you get something handmade out of it! Pot myself some cool hanging air plants and a set of nice sunglasses there. Would come back!

I was hoping that this place would be bigger considering I drove an hour to get here. While it was smaller than I’d like, the venders there sold some pretty cool stuff. Around the venue there are cute little businesses to go to or eat at, and mini murals on buildings to appreciate.

Good think this place was situated in a neighborhood with things going on, otherwise I probably would have been more peeved to have traveled a long distance just for this market. I like to come out and support local, homegrown businesses when I can, but it was so much smaller than I thought it would be and priced quite high.

I had the fortune of being able to participate in this market over the weekend. I have been involved in other flea markets around Los Angles and honestly I couldn’t have been more impressed with the team of coordinators and the other vendors they chose to be a part of it. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious(my wife and I ate something from all three trucks), the music was loud(but not too loud that you couldn’t have a conversation), and the the space was beautiful(it’s under what looked like an old airplane hanger). All around an amazing day and I will definitely be selling here again. Keep up the great work everyone that is involved, I truly think once the word continues to spread this is going to be a beast of a market in Los Angeles!
