My daughter interviewed over the phone and in person 5 companies that offer estate sale services. It was amazing that only one company (Cindy and Kelly as owners) arrived for our first meeting professionally groomed with a respectful and pleasant demeanor and a well prepared folder about their company. As a mother and daughter team they brought that kindness to our meeting. They are positive, enthusiastic and empathetic toward our home knowing my husband had recently pass and how hard it was for us.
As we moved forward with their services, there was absolutely not one time that we called them with a question that they were not cheerful, alert, upbeat and had the answer immediately. If I left a message or sent an email they got right back to me. My neighbors loved them and reported to me what an exemplary way they had of handling things. When I mentioned at the end of our sale how tired they must be, their response «Oh no we love what we do that’s why we do it!»

Additionally, they thoroughly research all items and knew history and value of things I had which I did not have a clue were valuable. They left our home empty and well cleaned. The burden they removed from us was a loving gift they gave us. I would not know where to begin to do such a job. Kelly is a CPA and handles correctly that part and Cindy is a former realtor and understands the market and knows what needs to be done. You can trust them both.

Cindy and Kelly are such a pleasure to work with. They helped my mother and I manage and collect all of the items from our estate that needed to be auctioned off. Because of them we had a huge turnout come to the sale and were able to sell off all of our items. We highly recommend AES of LA!

What matters most when going to estate sales is can you trust the people running it. Quite simply Cindy and her daughter are awesome. I bought a BMW

Everyone knows that downsizing and moving involves having to give away personal keepsakes, heirlooms, furniture and items that have strong sentimental meaning. Because I fell into the category of downsizing, I was forced to sell items that I wished I could have taken with me. That just wasn’t an option, therefore, when I met Cindy and Kelly of AESofLA, I just felt from the first contact with them that they would make the process less heart wrenching. I called to inquire and from the first few minutes of speaking with Cindy I knew I was in good hands, She was patient, sensitive, endearing and knowledgeable about what her private clients were looking for at her estate sales. She has an amazing network of clients and is well respected in the community being a native of Los Angeles and along with being regarded as a very successful realtor. She came to my home with her partner/​daughter Kelly and immediately we had a connection. They made sure I was comfortable in what I was selling and for the price I was seeking. They took so much time to research every item to check if prices are compatible, then they priced and staged my entire home! They had their own private security guard at the door that would check receipts and ensure items were only sold and not taken! They encouraged me to enjoy my afternoon and leave the work to them, which I did! After the second day most of the items were sold and they had packed everything up and was also wiling to take items left for their consignment. They were in contact with clients who responded to the «blasts» they had sent out and I never had to speak with a customer. I would have never imagined items would sell that I was planning on giving away! The experience was actually fun, fast and a breeze! They are so professional and friendly! I would have never been able to sell all of my things on Craigs list or anywhere else! I was comforted that their clients are higher end and really appreciated my items, it helped to part with them knowing others will really enjoy them. If you have furniture, personal times, children’s toys, jewelry, high end bags and shoes then you will def want to use AESofLA they have the customers, they provide security and your house is staged like a boutique. They set it all up, research the prices, provide their own high end clients and sell the items! Most of all, they are lovely and you feel «LIGHTER» after purging items you probably won’t even miss anyway!!!
