UPDATE: Not getting my money back. And from what at least one of the reviews say, the manager Joseluiz has been there since at least 2009, and he is still an aggressively rude crook. Unbelievable. After wasting the last few years of one’s life doing nothing but ripping people off, it might be time to consider suicide as a viable option.

Verizon 4GLTE is the perfect carrier/network for politicians and pedophile teachers. Why? Because they can satisfy their ‘persecution, what?’ need to send naked pictures of themselves without the recipient ever having to endure receiving ‘em. Unfortunately if you’re not a perv, you can’t email or text pics with any sort of expectation that they’ll actually arrive. ‘Tis just a ‘boot to the hairy gumballs’ reminder of what you should(but do not) get with an unlimited $ 125/mo data plan.

I went into this store today and not only did I receive very effortless service, the whole store smelled liked a big fart. I don’t think I want one of their«crappy» phones. Boooo

this store has the biggest liars, CUSTOMERBEAWARE!!! this people are so money hungry, they are not at all for the customer. they applied my digital signature to their terms and conditions which i never saw or read, and was NOT disclosed to me@all, which according to them gave them the right to auto-debit my personal checking account. im investigating this with a lawyer. do not go here unless you want them to charge your account up to $ 350. super sneeky thevies!!!

Awful awful place! Customer service is the worst! I’ve TRIED twice to switch my phone since they’re one of the few places that have the machine that switches contact information for Verizon phones. The lady that works here is VERY unhelpful, and every employee here seems more concerned with getting new sales rather than good customer service. The store in Old Town Pasadena is WAYWAY more helpful, and even though it’s out of the way, I’d rather go there than be snubbed at this store again. So if you’re trying to get any sort of Verizon service other than buying a new phone and getting employees commission, don’t even bother with this place. Negative stars if possible!

We have gone into this store a few times to see what they have to offer and this last time my contract with TMobile was up and I was a free agent, ready to wooed over… not hardly! The one woman that was in there sat at the back of the store and basically told me they had none of the phones I wanted to see available and she wasn’t sure when they would show up. she handed me a plan brochure… and when I had questions told me to ask online… WHAT? Um what is your job, b*tch, I thought… We just turned around and walked out! I only regret not getting her name so I could post it here! The moral of the story is that customer service is still necessary! And that is why I chose to renew with TMobile!

You should definitely AVOID this store. This location is an Authorized Dealer and not actually a Verizon store. Essentially, this store can make its own rules and not follow Verizon policies on some important issues. They have no incentive to help you once they’ve sold you the phone. Let me repeat that: NOINCENTIVETOHELPONCEYOU’VEPURCHASED! This wouldn’t be a huge deal if you could be helped at another Verizon store(a real one), but their computer systems aren’t connected and they will refuse to help you. Fortunately for you, there is a simple solution!!! Don’t go to this(fake) store; INSTEAD, go to the Verizon store in the Glendale Galleria. It is super-close to the parking structure, staffed by 10x as many employees, and they have technicians onsite. I promise you will be better served here and it will save you many future headaches. Employees at both stores told me that I would have been better off at the Glendale Store from the start. One final comment about this MyWireless Verizon store: the manager Joseluis was ridiculously rude and unhelpful. The customer service from this guy is reason enough to avoid the store – but trust me, the fact that it isn’t a real Verizon store trumps his obnoxious attitude and complete lack of respect for a customer-in-need.

I saw that this place had a later close time than the other verizon shops. I had to kill two birds with one stone. Pay my bill and get my camera phone checked out as it wasn’t working as well as it should have. I come in about an hour before closing and with two people helping out customers I was about fourth in line. At no time addressed or welcomed or assessed as to what I wanted or how I could be helped. So I wait. and I wait. Finally, about 40 minutes later and ten minutes till closing I get helped… ok, well, I don’t. But still… you get what I’m saying. First I’m told that they add a $ 3 service charge to pay my bill there… Wait, what? 3 bucks so I can pay my bill. Why? this is VERIZON, right? the same company that I’m with on my phone. Why oh why is there a service charge? Next I’m told that my phone can’t be fixed so I have to look at the newer phones. And I would have to adjust my service plan to get any discount on them. Ugh. so annoying. Not very helpful and the place was really messy. Not to mention annoying that I have to pay in order to pay my bill. What a stupid company.
