So I had sent an inquiry on line to ask questions about their property and never received an answer back. What I did receive was 3 – 4 automated e-mails telling me to call them for more information. Which I did after the last e-mail arrived, realizing they probably weren’t going to contact me back. The girl who answered the phone did so without a fraction of enthusiasm. No introduction. No warm greeting. No thank you for calling. She sounded as if she hates life… or at the very least her job. I tried to be friendly and make small talk which was met with dead silence on the other end. If they want to fill vacancies they may want to hire someone more welcoming than her. So far I’m turned off if that is what we will be dealing with for management.

I am usually not one to write reviews, but I was so pleased with the way things were run by Nadia Lewis at the apartment that I felt obligated to share. I have rented numerous properties around LA and multiple other cities and truly feel that I have never had nearly as pleasant of an experience as I did at Avondale. Nadia was beyond helpful from day one. She had excellent communication and made the move-in process extremely smooth and efficient. Whenever I had an issue at the apartment she would promptly respond and resolve things right away. She was always friendly and truly cared about my well-being and my experience at Avondale. I have dealt with countless landlords & apartment managers in the past, and I can honestly say that none of them compare to how helpful and professional Nadia was. Again, I generally do not take the time to share my opinion on these kinds of things, but I was so blown away that I felt she definitely deserved some recognition. I had a great experience in the time that I was there and will definitely recommend it to anyone in the future.
