I found that the quality of Baker furniture is some of the nicest custom furniture in the world!

This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I order 2 custom made $$$$ chairs that took 2 months longer than promised to arrive and when they finally did arrive they were poorly made. Lumps and tension tucks throuhout the pillows, I sent pictures to our friend who is an interior decorator, she wholeheartedly agreed that they had been made poorly. So I asked them to fix them. It took another month and a ½ for them to send someone to pick them up to be reupholstered. This was in April, It is now July 10^th. I called the office today, the customer service woman, who replaced the woman who I originally ordered from, had left the company as well and the new person, had no idea about my problem or where my chairs are??? I will let you know if I ever get them back! If you are not an interior decorator DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and if you are BEWARE!!! BTW it takes a lot for me to write a bad review!
