Very disorganized, hate to think they are dealing with delicate medical issues. Front desk kind of yells across the room if they have a question, struggles with Medicare and tells a couple they are at the wrong address. «All our 4 locations are owned by the same company but they always put our address down. Sorry».
Try somewhere else, 1980’s customer service!

I called a couple of times to make an appointment for an X-​ray. It was an extremely long hold to get through. The first time the woman told me to hold and she was going to try and find my referral.
The second time I was forwarded to a receptionist who said that she is taking a message for the schedulers who are slammed, and someone would get back to me that day. Drum roll please — they never got back to me.
I’m having my doctor refer me to another center. Way too much work to make an appointment for an x-​ray. A total waste of time.

The facilities are good and the front staff is pleasant. I, unfortunately, was assisted by an technician who was extremely cold, rude and said highly cruel and inappropriate things to me during my exam. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend it.
