Bon Chere Apartments

Bön Chere Apartments used to be the best building on this block and now, as a neighbor pointed out to me is the worst. This building is full of good people who take care of it as best they can or should considering they are paying rent.
If you knock on the door of the manager’s apartment it is not unusual to hear the tv on and the dogs bark. Then you hear the tv go on mute, the dogs being put away and then… no one comes to the door. You have to tell them you know they’re in and open the door.
The place is full of good neighbors the best you can find but if you need repair work done or want it done professionally and punctually, live somewhere else. You will see the manager out in the hall with a rug shampooer cleaning the hallway in front of his own apartment.
If you insist on wanting something repaired, he tries intimidation and bullying to make you go away. He has entered apartment without notice or warning saying that because he is the manager he doesn’t need that.
There are currently 3 vacancies in this builiding. Keep it that way.
