ZEROSTARS! Briar Management is the absolute worst in the business. The positive reviews HAVE to be from someone who works for the company. The people who work here are a bunch of pretentious punks who do not care about their tenants. Dennis, who owns the company, has the nastiest attitude and has obviously set the tone for customer treatment in the office because the others are just like him. Look forward to a tenancy of HELL if you rent with Briar.

I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars. This property management company is the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered in 10+ years living in apartments all over the city of Los Angeles. Any potential clients looking to use them to manage your property BEWARE! Our building was beautifully maintained for years before they took over management. Now everything is disgusting and filthy. Here are pictures of disgusting sewage that seeps from the front of the building. It really is a travesty because this is quite a nice building. Terrible.

It seems like an extremely poorly managed company; every time we have a maintenance request it’s a one-in-three chance they’ll actually respond, and when they do who knows when the maintenance will actually be scheduled. It’s a pity, because the apartment is great, but there’s no way we’re staying here for another year with such a sad excuse for a property management company.

Incredibly difficult to work with. They just want money and that’s it. We never see them which is nice but that also means they don’t care enough to fix anything or give any customer service. They nickel and dime for everything… so much so that you don’t want to work with them.
