Ok so the fact that we waited in the drive thru for 25 min I can get over! Then when we get our food it didn’t smell that great but, I was still trying to give it a chance because I was hungry. So we finally get home to eat and when I say the food was gross! I mean it was so nasty! I ordered Chili cheese fries and the chili taste like gravy and my boyfriends bacon smelled so bad! Smh never ever again will we eat here!

Listen. These people have absolutely no concept what the term«over easy» means. Each time I come and ask for over easy eggs, I instead get over hard, and most obnoxiously, scrambled. What in the entire fuck is so hard to comprehend about two simple words: Over. EASY?! Don’t go here, these people lack comprehension.

Horrible Service! Don’t call in to order anything after 7pm. The 33 yr. old woman(who wasn’t shy about mentioning her age to me) is insanely rude. I called in to place an order, the lady who answered took my order; took my card number and then hung up on me without taking my address, or phone number down. So, I called again to confirm that my order was taking correctly and was going to be delivered to the right address. The same woman answers, tells me to hold on, places the phone down and continues talking to whomever else was there. After, a pointless conversation with that person that took almost 7 minutes, the woman hangs up the phone. So this time in already upset, so I called back once more and she answers again. I tell her she hung up on me twice already and I just wanted to confirm my order. The woman has the audacity to tell me that she’s 33 yrs old and doesn’t like being disrespected!(This was after I told her I didn’t appreciate being hung up on twice, and I wasn’t even rude telling her that), then she continued to say that I needed to be nicer to her since she’s on the end who’s handling my food!!! I was like«wtf?!» If food establishment has the never to threaten your food without any mind to the possible consequences, I can only imagine the kind of service and health standard regulations they’ve been violating by meddling and maybe sabotaging people’s meals. After I heard that, I hung up and never plan on orderfrom here again. Not if that 33 yr old woman is there threatening to mess with my food just because she can’t take a simple order.

I usually order from here but when they are busy they decide to not pick up the phone. I called the location on Washington and they were kind enough to deliver to me even though it’s not their delivery area.

Short and sweet: the BEST breakfast burrito… Pretty sure it’s #1 on my list. And it’s cheap. Haven’t eaten anything else from here but it’s a typical burger joint. Salsa is on point. Grab a breakfast burrito and add avocado!

They have a nice variety of food. Can’t go wrong with a hamburger, with fries and special sauce. And they deliver.

Really, really horrible service. The wait was super long(in the drive thru) and people behind me in line for there order before I did(behind me in the drive thru). That is absolutely unacceptable. Please never go here because I know I will never be back!!!

THISISMYSPOT! THECORNERSPOT! THEIMUPLATEANDHUNGRYSPOT! Right on the corner of Normandie and King Blvd across the street from Arco. If you want burritos, burgers, fries, tacos, tortas, or plates full of food then this is the spot to be at. For one, I only go after 12am, you have to a little bit careful around that time because the homeless tend to act up at times. The service is really quick, they do speak english and they do accept credit cards. when I go there I order a double cheeseburger with cajun style fries, and of course some 1000 island sauce!!! For the price and the quality of food it is just right. Although at times the burgers tend to be undercook, you would just have to request for your patty to be grilled well done or how ever you like it done. One thing I do not like is that they charge for 1000 island sauce, but ill still pay for it. Also the give you hefty amount of french fries. They do have tables to eat«IN» but they are poorly maintain and usually very dirty. If you are planing to eat her or try it out then i recommend you call in an order because they get pretty packed. But one thing I do love about this restaurant is that they are open 24hr and they have a drive thru! Although the drive thru is pretty slow due to a short amount of employees. You might have to wait a good 20 minutes to get your food not your typical fast-food joint, because there drive thru sucks. but if you have the late night munchies, get yourself up, and head to the Burger Factory!

I love what I order, which is an avocado burger and an asada burrito. It always makes me happy. I’d give this place 5 stars if the one black girl that was tatted up still worked there. She was very competent, friendly, and never messed up my orders. She probably didn’t cook the food but the food was always good when she was there. Now there’s this Hispanic guy that takes the orders and he messes up pretty often and my avocado burgers are a dice roll away from not actually having avocado or barely having any at all. The fries still remain amazing as ever though. I go here once a week. For anyone that has not eaten here before, keep your windows up if you’re in the drive thru since you’ll probably get 1 – 2 pan handlers asking for money. Edit — I just tried calling twice right now. Both times they’d pick up the phone but not answer. These new guys are seriously going to run this place down to the ground. Time to look for another 24hr food joint. Final edit — I am done with this place. My order was messed up, I was charged wrong, then was made to wait on the side while others got their food. I waited 20 minutes and once I had enough and went to complain the black girl with the tattoo admitted that she forgot I was even there despite her telling me to park on the side so others could use the drive way. She finally gave me the rest of my food but it was cold. I had to microwave all my food when I got home. I paid $ 32 to microwave 2 burgers, fries and a burrito. Lesson learned.

Never tried the garbage burrito but decided to finally try this place out. Their menu is extensive — from mexican food platters, to seafood, to burgers, you are bound to find something to satisfy your hunger. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was exactly what I expected. My parents got a chicken platter and a fried fish(mojarra) platter. In addition to that, they ordered a shrimp cocktail. Their platters included rice and beans, as well as fries. As for the shrimp cocktail, there was a great amount of shrimp and the cocktail had a great flavor. I love it when places aren’t stingy with their side dishes or condiments. Big plus here. You definitely get what you pay for.

Warning, warning Will Robinson. This is not the place you have been to in the past. You know why? Because someone bought the old place, changed the name and made the food suck. This place used to be the home of the garbage burrito which I miss and now they just make some meat wrapped in a tortilla. On the flip side, they offier 6 drinks, 6 fries &6 drinks for about $ 24, so you can feel a very large family. Not that I need that much. Anyway, I am not impressed and probably won’t be back.

I came in here late at night one night, as we were heading home from the coliseum and saw the big sign lit up. Walking in, we were stopped outside by a couple of people asking for money, which is normal in this neighborhood, at this time of night, so I won’t hold that against them. The food is nothing fancy. It’s a burger joint, and the nice thing is that everything is cooked to order, so that’s a plus. We just got some burgers and fries to go, and were on our merry way. The food was average quality… better than you’ll get at a McDonald’s or Burger King or something like that, but nothing that you’re going to remember. The staff though, was a whole different story: both the man and the woman that were working there that night were really friendly, and made it a good experience, even though we weren’t there for too long. Average food, great staff, and REALLY cheap: we both ate for about 10 bucks total, and still had some fries left. I’d stop here again if it was late at night and I was hungry, but the food isn’t good enough that I’d go out of the way to eat here. Some quick notes, in case you’re considering it: There IS a drive-thru, at this location. The parking is sparse, and I think it’s shared with an apartment building or something behind it. There’s a fee for using a credit/debit card. Probably about 7 or 8 tables inside, and no outdoor seating.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have any reviews. I will remedy the situation! After a pre-screening at the Norris Cinema Theatre at USC, it was time for a late night burger run. I didn’t have high expectations for this place. That being said, it was kind of a let down. The good: the cheeseburger is as big as a small child’s face. The fries are huge as well. The bad: too much bread, not enough meat. Taste was meh. Burger did not hold up well after a 30 minute car ride(soggy bread, booooo). The guy taking the order was nice and I want to bump them to 3 stars; unfortunately, even for my low expectations and state of hunger, I was not satisfied. After the first bite, I started tearing off pieces of the bun and about a quarter of the way through, I gave up on the burger altogether and had some of the fries(some, not all, because they were too salty!). I am a little sad because I could have been happier with an Innout or could have held out for a more gourmet burger. Also, I think they’re cash only.
