Wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! Worst Burger King /​food joint I have ever been to IN MY LIFE. Everything looked & tasted old.

If i can give it no stars I would my husband 4yr old son and I got really bad food poisoning from eating here… never ever again would we go here again

Went to Burger King drive thru and Steven was great! Very professional, fast, and had a great smile! After a long work day his attitude makes a big difference! Great service Steven!

They gave me some nasty old chicken fries. That I think I’m scared to eat everything else I got. Smh

I usually come here if I have coupons for the food. So today is the day I have some. They don’t have the $ 1.50 10 piece chicken nuggets. I do like the nuggets here taste like McD and it’s cheaper. The place is pretty empty. Not like it is on Sunset blvd. They don’t grill your burgers which is sad. The place is clean but some tables are a little dirty. No condiments available only on request. Ketchup available but that’s it. Serve your own drinks fountain.
Parking always available. Steven is a cool cashier.

Guy (Abraham) at the register (8÷15÷15 @ 8:16 pm) was so lifeless and didn’t seem to like working there. No customer service at all. But hey, it’s fast food. They won’t treat you like a customer. Had to remind him to give me my fries and my soda cup. Good thing I don’t eat burger king often at all. Fries were the best part. Fresh outta fryer

They should set the employees requirements to know how to tell time especially the maneger!
We walked in at 10:35 when closing time is at 11 and the «manager» says were close go to the drive thru
I kept saying there’s 20 mins left and he just ignored me like who the f**k ignores a paying customer never going here again I hope this place shuts down

Lady at the drive through was clueless. She took my order when I got to the speaker and the had to take it again when I got to the window. She had to go to the dinning area to get my soda even though there was a soda machine in front of her. She came back with my soda and handed it to me. While she went to get my food, I opened up the soda cup and she didn’t even fill it up. I brought it to her attention and she got slightly annoyed. She offered to fill it up but I didn’t want to risk her walking away with the cup and possibly doing something to it. Seems a little paranoid, but who doesn’t think like that. So my TIP: Check your stuff before you drive away. Horrible sevice!

I was in the area with my family’s handyman as we checked on a nearby property when I decided to treat him to lunch at this Burger King location in Koreatown. Of course I had coupons with me (never left home without them!), we were both starving and I craved a flame-​broiled Whopper. So here were some mad props to one of my favorite fast food restaurants (and they’re aren’t many):
Whopper Meal For 2 Coupon Offer ($ 8.99) — The Whopper was very good as usual with an unusual amount of pickles (score!), a decent pile of shredded lettuce, two juicy tomato slices and a warm succulent beef patty
. The small order of fries was hot, crispy, crunchy and did the job
. The medium-​size drink was whatever you wanted (Minute Maid Lemonade, please)

Onion Rings ($ 2.29) — Medium-​size order, the beautiful breading was lightly golden with ample crunchiness. Each ring varied from small– to large-​size and stayed intact when you bit into them as a hint of steam rose from within. As requisite, I added catsup to each lordly ring

Service — You approached the order counter
, checked out the menu up on the wall behind the counter, placed your order with the pleasant gentleman, and in about 10 minutes your order was ready. If you ordered a drink, you received your drink cup immediately so at least you had something to suck down while you waited. No wait service whatsoever, so please throw your trash away and return your tray accordingly.
Parking (Free) — They had their own lot with plenty of spots — ’nuff said

Atmosphere, décor, ambience — Cut to the case. this was the nicest Burger King I’ve ever been in! With its stylish 60’s-era lightshades that hung from the ceiling, the vibrant blood-​orange and light-​tan cushioned seats with a small table in a nook of the restaurant that gave it a coffeehouse vibe
, nice earth-​tone floor tiling, and IKEA-​esque modular dining booths and tables. The dining area was spacious
, and I was impressed by the large counter area for the condiments and refillable drinking station
. There was an even amount of natural lighting that came through all the glass windows as well as electric lighting
. They also had a drive-​thru window. There were a couple TVs (turned off on this visit) and no background music.
Attire — Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-​shirt, boardshorts, and flip-​flops.
Overall, the Vermont location of Burger King was spectacular in look, and I was downright jealous that it wasn’t closer to me! The food was very good as expected (not the healthiest, of course), the service was what it was, and you couldn’t beat the prices… especially with a coupon! I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (total paid experience was around $ 12.00 AFTER discounts; no tip required). And, they accepted my credit card of choice… AMEX! 4.0 STARS

This place is a joke no customer service. They make you wait in line for no reason in till they want to take your order. (Waited on line for 5 minutes and no one was in front of me)

I’m in LA, what the hell am I doing at Burger King?
Eating my Ramen burger from next door since they don’t have a place to sit.
Using the bathroom which needs a token
(ask the cashier so you don’t have to pay a quarter!)
Great free parking lot which is hard to come by.
Raggedy store, nasty bathroom (why bother to lock it then??)
Horrible service that refuses to speak english or listen.

Got my son bacon cheeseburgers and the new 10 nuggets for $ 1.50) they got the burger order wrong and refused to take back, so in the trash it went.
Service is everything, so is a clean eating environment, taste would also be great, none of that is found here, steer clear from BK (unless you are just here to eat a Ramen burger, perfect for that)

Went to yesterday to grad quick burger for a lunch break from training. Asked for token to use restroom and was rudely told by shift leader they do not give tokens and «you spend a quarter to keep it clean.» Decided cheaper then driving somewhere else, used a quarter and walked into a filthy restroom. This Burger King is more the court jester. Never, ever again.

Worst bk I have ever been to. Never gets order correct the first time. No more going to this location.

This place is wacked. I went here to buy some food and it clearly says on the window that Dining room close at 11pm and I went around 10pm. They locked the dining room and I try to get the employees attention but they just straight ignored me. I’m not coming to this place again.

No one can expect 5 stars from a fast food establishment but it shouldn’t be as low as 1 star either.
My roommate gave me an order to go get so I headed on my jolly way to the smelly dirty place to go fetch food like the dog I am. Well anyways 6 whopper jr. s 3 with everything but no tomato and 3 with everything and 2 large fries. Sounds simple? No. I wanted buffalo sauce but of course they didn’t have any. So I ask what my total is because they have ancient tech. That doesn’t read to the customer Joanne tells me that is 18.35. It really should only be 13.50. Long story short manager got all pissy and gave me my food for cheap after I threw a fit

I need carbs and grease before consuming alcohol! This was on my way to the freeway so I stopped by. We ordered the classic chicken sandwich, veggie burger and large fries. the sandwich was super salty *yuck* luckily the fries were plain so i mixed them in to kill some of the salt. My friend said the veggie burger was really good so i guess thats that. The wait was BAD! I think the girl went and killed the chicken to make my sadwich, because i was there for evvvvvver! The service was blah! she just took my order, charged me and left me there. No condiments, napkins nothing! Uuum okay! I got my food and left. Well that was okay, i guess…

They really hit the money on freshness today. Fries were super hit, nuggets super hot and burger super hot… Keep it up and this may become my new fave BK

So I went in to my local Burger King with, admittedly, a slight chip on my shoulder.
First, it’s a fast food restaurant, and let’s face it, fast food is junk food. Many of us still appreciate the occasional unhealthy nosh though and I am no exception.
Second, the reviews before me have been anything but stellar. But that’s one thing that’s an issue with Unilocal and most websites like it; reviewers may lower a restaurant’s rating just because they’ve had anything less than a superior experience.
I can only say that this Burger King experience that I had was no different than the countless others in my lifetime and in fact, is anywhere from slightly, to significantly better than others.
Upon entering the store at about 3:00pm, I went to the bathroom to do my biz. While it won’t win bathroom of the year, it was clean enough. No tp on the floor, and the bowl, urinal, and sink were clean.
I queued up in line for the counter at about 3:06pm and had to wait in line for a small family and another woman who had difficulty deciding their orders. Finally at the counter I placed my to go order for one Whopper sandwich and a water at 3:12pm and paid my bill. The water wasn’t added but that was easily remedied by asking again. My order was up within two minutes. I took it, sat down and ate my burger in a rather busy dining area. There were certainly a number of senior Koreans scattered throughout and none looked downtrodden. Another plus, I wasn’t accosted with anyone begging me for spare change.
Okay, Burger King isn’t on the Michelin «Best of», but this one hardly rates as bad as everyone else is saying. Seriously people, cut them a break. It serves it’s purpose and I’ve been in a helluva lot worse. I will likely eat here again.
EDITED on 3÷14÷2013 to lower rating one star. I recently visited this location again and while the service was about as quick and accurate, there were further issues relating to communication. Considering I was speaking to the manager when the order was taken, that is an issue. If he and I are unable to communicate where we both understand each other, that’s a problem.

Wow what a freaking joke.
I don’t eat fast food anyway but man the idiot working at the window was just too much. This guy interrupts himself at least 6 times, takes 5 minutes to take a :20 order, and then says the price is $ 5.58…I get to the window and magically the price is $ 8. I ask the guy «can I see the receipt before I give you the money?» He says «You can trust me, you don’t need to see anything. I will give you a receipt after you pay.» I said «ok well show me the little menu right there» and he TURNED THE MENU AWAY!!! The guy literally tried to shave a few extra bucks into his pocket! UNREAL… this is like a 42 year old mexican manager by the way so if you are ever in there keep an eye for him. It sucks too because today was my cheat day and I planned on doing bk since it’s been years and it’s right near my place and this guy just ruined my cheat night :/​
Screw that dude, this BK until they fire him gets a 1 star out of 5.

They have Seattle’s best coffee. good enough for me. stay away from the breakfast menu, yuck!
