I was deceived by the word«chocolate» in the business name and was saddened nearly to tears when, to my dismay, I found a menu with regular tasty food options rather than a menu of all chocolate food. I dined with my family for lunch and we all ordered breakfast food. All of it was delightful and will certainly bring us back. The ambiance was laid back and calm. The restaurant was clean and bright. We will return… hopefully to find a new menu of all chocolate foods?

I love this place! Food is always delicious!!! I love the passion fruit drink! The dishes are not small, they are a decent size! You can even share a dish!

This is a quaint place to meet a friend or a online dating prospect. It’s intimate enough for you to hear each other without it been too serious. There’s a good mix in the menu and the food is really good. I had the chilachiles and it was good. Parking is a bear!!! And yes, there’s still some things that they need to improve upon, but overall, it was not bad for a first date.

Really awesome iced coffee. Croissants are awesome. I try to stop here once a week for this treat. Great meals too. Salads and crepes are all I’ve had, but they are really good. The ham and asparagus crêpe is interesting, cuz its good but i cant describe it. Its worth the taste and flavor. Plus everyone who works here is really nice. Check it out and support

This is so hard for me because their tuna melt panini is, literally, the best tuna melt in Los Angeles. I don’t know what amazing, secret, addictive ingredient they put in it, but I would order this weekly forever… …IFONLY they would stay open for normal business hours! Countless times my husband or I will call or drop by during their«normal business hours» only to find that they are closed for some unknown reason. I find it difficult to recommend this place since it appears that they are only open when they feel like being open. Delicious food + unreliable hours = only 3 stars. If they get their act in gear on their operating hours, they’ll have 5 stars from everyone!

This is our new favorite neighborhood spot for brunch on the weekends. Turkey Benedict was delicious and my husband enjoyed his breakfast burrito which had plenty of protein. Service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was very clean. There is a dog friendly patio which we will try next week!

By far some of the best chocolate in LA. I think I’ve gained 3 pounds from eating their carmel apples. LOVE having them in the neighborhood!

Went there for lunch with a few of my friends. I had the chicken pesto panini with fresh fruit. I thought it was very delicious and fresh. My friends raved about the Philly sandwich and tomato paste soup. I will have to give these a try on another occasion. The reason why I didn’t give it a five star is because they took extra long on completing one of my friend’s order. I believe she ordered a turkey sandwich.

I really wanted to like this place because of all the good reviews… but, I can’t say I will return for the food. I ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict… seem like it would be good. No. The hollandaise sauce was vinegary and watery. Instead of English muffins, they use bread, which I didn’t care for. My potatoes where still hard. For a 17 $ breakfast I was hoping it would be better. The waiter was nice enough to let me switch and I switch for a breakfast croissant sandwich… Can’t go wrong with that right? No. My croissant was burnt and I couldn’t even get my teeth through the first bite. Finally I gave up the struggle and tried cutting my sandwhich, since it was so messy with sauce(which I didn’t care for), I couldn’t hold it anyway. I ate most of the center because I was hungry, but was sadly disappointed. The shining star of everything was my coffee! I orderee a vanilla latte and it was AWESOME! Oh well, at least I can come back for coffee!

The first impression of this place was nice décor, okay service… went in for breakfast and it was dead, but the food was good. A little to heavy handed on the cream of mushroom soup sauce on my savory crêpe

Well well well, the smoked salmon benedict with roasted rosemary potatoes, and of course a side of bacon… mmm…simply delicious. I am so pleased with my decision to wake up, get my errands done, and stop here for breakfast. The benedict was light. The potatoes were perfect. And crispy bacon. I also ordered a chai soy latte, that was just what I needEd to complete my meal. The service here is great. Tipped out of joy, not because I felt I had to. Best feeling ever. The place is called Casa Chocolate, not Café Picfair. Parking lot has slots for 9 cars, and its 30 minute parking. For a first time diner, four stars for first impression.

I’ve come here for lunch only and have been very satisfied. They have a variety of food choices from salads, wraps and sandwiches. I’ve also had their bagel sandwich — so yummy! They have coffee lattes and smoothies you can enjoy. They have parking but it’s in a small plaza with other restaurants so parking is limited.

Not called Café Picfair! Now called Casa Chocolate which is a little misleading. Ain’t a house of chocolate more of a café with breakfast, lunch and din, little hidden but worth finding. Came here for breakfast. Had bacon egg Benedict and it was yum. Eggs poached perfect. Not skimpy on hollandaise sauce. Bacon crispy. My girl had chicken apple breakfast panini. She loved it. Asked to try soup and they basically brought us each half a cup. Friendly service. Nice outside patio.

I ordered my food through Unilocal and eat24 from chocolate café. It said it was going to be 35 min or latest 45 min– hour. 2 hours later I’m still waiting and hungry. I call the restaurant I can barely understand the lady on the phone. We went over my order and she was telling me I got things that I didn’t get. I ordered a panini but she said I got a wrap and she was saying other things I didn’t understand and just was like ok someone will be there in 15 minute like No one even acknowledged my order that was supposed to be delivered way over an hour ago. I hope the food is good. In fact I’m Still waiting on my delivery they completely Lost my order!!! They then refused to answer phone calls for an hour and they won’t even offer a personal refund they said they can put me on hold for the 5th time for over 10 minutes and call eat24 again and ask them to do it like what! No!!!’ the best they can do they will give me a 5 $ discount off my food if I still wanted it hahaha ok mr manager. Don’t order from this place it’s going to be a waste of your time. I decided to be respectful and restrain from going off on the lady who was on the phone.

Our office ordered for delivery through Grubhub. The Salmon Salad I received was not excellent at all. Why? The Salmon was not fresh at all, when I opened the take out box, it reeked of old fish. The smell and taste soaked into the egg whites and salad underneath, rendering the rest of the dish inedible. To add insult to injury, they sliced up a rotting avocado and added it to the salad. As the one responsible for paying for 12 orders of this low quality garbage, I am going to make sure that our office manager does not give this place any of our future business. Very disappointing.

Casa Chocolate Picfair is a breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner spot on the corner of Pico and Hauser. Adolfo, the owner and chef is amazing! The menu items are endless and healthy. I ordered the Turkey bacon benedict with rosemary potatoes and added avocados to it. They also have organic coffee. The place is clean, open and good feel all together. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
