Crazy ass Koreans. Now they’re doing Brazilian food better than Brazilians. SOGOOD. Everything was so fresh and crispy. Authentic Brazilian food served with Korean condiments? Yummy and not in a weird way. Skirt steak was mouth watering. Only one guy here, older Korean dude who was the owner, waiter and chef. Thanks for lunch grandma!

We’ve been wondering about this place ever since we randomly passed by one day. It was noticeable because of its vibrant colored sign outside. Intrigued, I finally had the chance to try it on Wednesday. Just as the other reviewers say, the food is AMAZING. We ordered the Coxinha, Pastel hamburguesa, Garlic Picanha steak and Skirt steak. Everything we ordered tasted authentic and delicious. The food comes with so many side dishes and is really wallet-friendly. Seriously, where can you get food that good at that price these days? Going here again whenever I get the chance!

Adorei! It’s food from home. :) pretty random joint, I never expected a Brazillian(non BBQ) place in Koreatown, but was very happy. Strangely what I liked the best were the veggies, maybe because they had the most kick, and tasted really fresh. The pastels were good too. I’m used to way more garlic in everything, but that’s probably bc I grew up in the south of Brazil full of Italians. Anyway, I definitely would recommend and come back. Service can be a bit slow, so not a place if you are in a hurry. The owners are lovely people, so relax and enjoy the food.

This is definitely a mom and pop place, but I do like their Chicken steak. I asked for it to be juicy and yummy and it came out just like that. All the sides were refillable. We got a variety of things and everyone enjoyed their meal. They are inside a strip mall that allows for free parking which is nice.

Me senti em casa. I felt like home. Me and my boyfriend live in Phoenix and we came here in LA for a weekend. My boyfriend is American and LOVED the food. I felt like home. Pastels, Guaraná Antártica and the delicious Coxinha wich they didn’t have at the first day but they promised make for the day next and they really made it. Douglas and his mom are awesome. They’ve lived in Brazil for 20 years which really makes the food taste so Brazilian. The Restaurant is clean, simple and organized. The prices are super fair. Honestly I loved it. It’s for sure a «have to stop by» for all brazilians who come to LA and an awesome experience for who live by.

Took 25 mins to get my pao de quejo which was made fresh but there was no flavor whatsoever… How do you mess up guarana?

Comidinha da mamãe! Driving by on my way to work I saw the Brazilian flag outside and decided to stop by and check. Am I glad I ever did it! Very good food and the service Douglas provide is outstanding. Price is less expensive compared to other restaurants in the same category. Good pastelzinho, coxinhas and guaraná. Nice Jazz music playing while you eat. You can´t go wrong if you are looking for a Brazilian Traditional food. I highly recommend

Best Pastel and Coxinha from Los Angeles!!! I grew up in Brazil and I tried many Pasteis and Coxinha in the past. But no doubt, it is one of the best place to eat them. I highly recommend Café Todo Dia!

So it’s been awhile since I’ve reviewed this spot again, because the quality of the food and service hasn’t changed. Though there are a few things that have changed since the last review. One, new menu items like the tuna pastel and a new steak entrée. Two, some yummy desserts that I didn’t try last time. Finally, the amazing atmosphere. Hands down, I love coming to this place. The owner is a great guy as well, he actually just sat down and started chatting with us. So if you’re chilling in K-town and looking for something new, check this place out… I promise you, you’ll love this place.

Delicious, authentic cooking! Coxinha, pao de queijo, rice n beans, couve(collard greens), steak, Korean-fusion pickled veggies, & Guarana! This place is a mom&pop actually run by a Korean-Brazilian mom&son. They are super nice and friendly. This place is a gem in the middle of Koreatown!

After perusing Unilocal for a Brazilian restaurant, I stumbled upon this place. It is located right in Koreatown so parking is a bit of a task, but we all got lucky and ended up getting spots in the lot. Upon arrival, the restaurant was pretty empty and we were seated right away. The menu is pretty straightforward and simple and reasonably priced. We ordered the cheese puffs to start, which the owner comped for us which was awesome! They were decent and flaky. I ordered the brazilian sausage special which came with salsa, pickled cucumbers, potato salad, collared greens, rice, black beans, and pickled celery. The sausage itself was not really my cup of tea in terms of taste but it went well with all the extras I was given. I was pleasantly surprised by the great flavors of the collared greens which might have been my favorite part of the meal along with the salsa and potato salad. Using the Unilocal free dessert coupon, he comped us all with ice cream. The ice cream was store bought no doubt but it was still a nice gesture and great finish to the meal. At the end of the day, the service was friendly(though a bit slow at some points) and the food was tasty. And for all that food and a generous tip it still only came out to about $ 12/person which is very reasonable. Great find for affordable Brazilian food in Los Angeles.

I’ve eaten my share of Brazilian food. The spot at The Farmers Market at The Grove? Solid. I used to live in Palms on the Westside, so I ate at Café Brasil 10, 12 times. Usually, I would go for lunch to eat a steak… had feijoada there once, which was great. Fogo de Chao… great… pricey. But, going to Café Todo Dia today for the first time was great. Get the croquette thing that’s first on the appetizer menu. Excellent. Their free potato salad is good, along with the«vinaigrette»… kind of a salsa, that you put on everything. It was especially good with this ground beef puff pastry pocket thing. Wash it down with a cold Brazilian soda. The owners and chefs are a friendly Korean couple who lived in Brazil. Looking forward to taking friends there! If you wanna see pics, go to my blog post about the joint:

Finally!!! ORIGINAL Brazilian pastel! I was born and raised in Brazil, and I missed pastel soo Sooo SOooooOooOoOo much! Not anymore! Try the pastel de carne(meat pastel) and the pastel de queijo(cheese pastel). Try also their coxinha(chicken potato ball). The owner works with his mom and they were so kind and attentive. We had a party of 8 and he offered us some pao de queijo(cheese bread) for free, along with some ice cream(part of Unilocal deal if you check in) for all of us. Good service, good food, will definitely come back.

I have been to this place 2 times with my fiancée and the food there always hit the spot when we are craving for pastel and coxinha. The service is pretty nice and the décor is ok too. I had the skirt steak which was delicious too. I cant give 5 stars because of parking, which gets pretty crazy around lunch and dinner time. Anyways, keep it up CAFETODODIA!

Casual, delicious, and affordable for the portions. Service was good for a Korean mom and pop. Prices are $ 15 and under. Coxinha was decent. Cheese bread was not my favorite, but my sister enjoyed them. Spaghetti with Brazilian sausage was damn good. The skirt steak plate was also good but a little overcooked for my taste. They didn’t ask how I wanted it, so I will probably ask them to cook it medium rare next visit. The rice and beans on the plate were nothing to write home about but I enjoyed the collard greens! So happy I found this little gem and can’t wait to go back~
