I’m not sure why there is no access to the ATMs on the weekends or during the times the cafes are closed. Hopefully they can figure out a swipe entry or install an outdoor ATM for those of us who want to make deposits and may not be able to get to the only ATM location in SoCal during the week/normal business hours.

I love CapOne the bank. But I want to tell you how this is a great space for people who’d like an «office away from the office». The Capital One 360 Café offers free wifi, plenty of tables to work, and a complimentary coffee machine that dispenses lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, hot chocolate, and even hot water for tea. They validate parking for the duration of your stay, so your parking is totally FREE if you stay for 8 minutes or 8 hours. You can bring your own lunch or order delivery from a nearby restaurant. I’m so glad I found this place to work outside my home office!

I switched to this bank last year and I’m so happy I did! Better than any bank I’ve ever had. I would recommend everyone to use capital one 360. What’s great about this branch are the people that work there. Lindsay and Peggy are the best bankers they are super helpful and knowledgeable about everything and really go the distance to help. I was stuck in traffic and called to see if I can get there late and they stayed 15 minutes past closing to allow me to deposit check on time. What other bank would ever do that? The only cons about this location is that after 3PM there’s a lot of traffic to get to it but there’s free parking in the building because they validate. They also need an ATM that works on Saturday then it would be completely amazing. I highly recommend this bank they resolved all my issues quickly when I had fraud charges over the holidays. The customer service from the branch to the people at the 800 number do a fantastic job.

The best part of this place are the people. Prove it you say? Well, Jamir is the coolest cat you’ll ever meet plus he owns a homemade Chewbacca costume. He’ll never sell you a fake leather jacket, he’s family. Martin always knows the latest news and tech trends plus he’s quite adept in just good ol’ fashion conversation. Madis is a food extraordinaire and an artist of the caliber that makes Da Vinci’s art, refrigerator work at best(we’re talking below the fridge handle type art). Natalie is the reason why the words«customer» and satisfaction are compounded together and Lenzie was the 2002 high school football player of the year.

This review is egregiously late. This experience was on Oct 8: I forgot to transfer funds to my ING/Cap One checking account and there was no time to do it online from my credit union. When I called for their hours, the nice young lady thoughtfully asked what transaction I was planning then told me I would need the debit card which I don’t carry with me. Good thing she told me. I took it for granted there would be over the counter tellers so my trip would have been for naught. The next day I went there but my debit card was not activated as an ATM. I don’t have an active ATM card as I have not used an ATM since banks began charging extra fees in the mid 90’s. So they had to activate it which was quite the process but the staff were very solicitous they unnecessarily apologized for the delay which was completely MY fault. They were ESPECIALLY patient when I clearly needed remedial lesson in how to use the contraption. ALLTHUMBSUP. They deserve all the stars in the galaxy as far as I’m concerned. Kudos to the person(s) who hired the staff. I agree with all the reviewers who wish there were more Capital One 360 cafes. Thank you Capital One 360 Café WLA!!!

Walked in and was greeted by one of the friendly staff. I had a couple of questions about making a deposit and he was super helpful. Before I left, the other associate checked in on me, ensured my parking had been validated and offered me coffee. Free parking and super easy and quick. My only wish was that they also had Saturday hours or an ATM accessible from outside… current hours are a bit limiting!

Love this bank and the people too! Madis and Lindsey(male) are fantastic and so helpful. I just wish there were more Capital One 360 Cafés and Banks in LA! There is only one in all of LA and its 50 minutes from where I live. Open up more branches please! One in Hollywood would be terrific!

What other banks provide this kind of cool place and service? Very clean and staff are friendly and helpful, parking, wifi, hot beverages are all free! I feel so lucky to live close to this place because this is the only location they have the 360 café and only ATM location you can make deposits in entire SoCal. I opened my 360 checking account as my secondary bank account and use it to pay my credit cards. It takes almost a week for the funds to be fully available if you make a transfer online so when I need funds right away, I can just walk in to this place and make a deposit. I wish they had pastries like they used to as I see in the menu on their website:(Hope they’ll bring it back! It doesn’t have to be free! I’m happy to pay;)

How could anyone not like this place? Very clean, free hot beverages, free parking, free WiFi, spacious, and courteous staff. No place like this! Still wondering what’s the caught?

Lenzie is the best and hes such a great rep to hang out with. I didnt even feel like i was at a bank. The online app is really easy to navigate too and has so many perks, plus NO charging fees for the checking or savings account. Free vanilla latte snacks, and i got a checking savings and credit card all setup in under an hour. Theres parking validation too. Amen to places and people that still treat you right

Really expected better from capital one! They no longer have a full café available, just coffee and tea :( However what really bugs me about this place is the customer service reps don’t have the power to issue reimbursements on ATM fee’s and to be completely honest I really have no idea why they even have a brick and mortar location, what does the café, even really provide, except an ATM? How can they call themselves a Café without any food? These are the questions I began pondering once I left this location.

I just opened Capital One 360 account less than 30 days ago. This was my first time using the Capital One 360ATM and as far as I understand its the only Deposit ATM in all of SoCal. I was greeted right away and everyone is so nice they answered my questions and depositing cash it was available immediately in my account. I am still trying to wrap my head around the mostly online back coming from a big national bank with branches on every corner but I am impressed! The location has validated parking and very friendly and clean. I will come back to do deposits and hopefully they will be adding more ATM at this location or throughout SoCal. Overall I love this bank! Glad I made the switch!

This place may be a café, but it’s first and foremost one of the few brick and mortar locations of the primarily online bank, Capital One 360. But it’s only open weekdays, and even then only until 4:30. I had a large check to deposit that they wouldn’t let me deposit through their app, so i came here on a Sat. But their ATM is located INSIDETHEBANK. What’s the point of an ATM inside the bank? None. So I can’t deposit my check and have to mail it in. Thanks for nothing, Capital One.

These people are so nice I got suspicious!!! Super friendly and welcoming. Latte is super cheap and of Starbucks quality. They do want you to start a bank account with them but they don’t push it. In fact I was so impressed by how the girl brought it up. Friendly, non pushy and gave me just the info I needed and left it at that. I have and will keep coming back. I think it is a great business model and I hope it is successful for them as it works for me!

Don’t come here for the quality of the café offerings. Come here because it’s cheap and the people are terrific. Also, if you’re a Capital One 360 customer, use the ATM to make a deposit if you have to – it’s the only Capital One ATM in the entirety of Southern California, or so it seems.(I came here because I had an unexpected windfall with my paycheck that exceeded the cap for a mobile app deposit.)

$ 1 coffee, $ 2 lattes, free parking in the garage, can’t get any better. Full on coffee joint with food and pastries at the fraction of the price. If you are a 360 card holder and you use it to buy the coffee, it’s an additional 50% off. I believe they use Peets coffee. Open bank hours only and they have a 360 atm inside. Can’t actually do any real banking here though.

Seriously, who could possibly argue with $ 1 cups of Peet’s coffee, $ 2 lattes, and $ 1 enormous high quality pastries? Aesthetically this joint could absolutely use renovation, but I’m guessing the café’s budget is entirely used up by subsidizing coffee and paying employees(they can’t take tips so I hope they’re being paid anyway). And once in a blue moon an employee will suggest that you open a bank account with them. I tell them I want to support my credit union but I’ll recommend them to others. They’re not pushy about it – actually they’re quite friendly. But if you’re like me and those aren’t big hangups, you will be rewarded; compared to the Starbucks next door, you get better coffee(if you don’t like Starbucks’ bitterness), more available seating, free friggin’ validated, easy, garage parking(!), and prices a fraction of Starbucks’. There are power outlets and free WiFi. What does it not have? Evening and weekend hours(just M-F 6:30am to 4pm). Pretentious indie music. The more complicated drinks. And a nice décor(seriously, they must have had marketing people do the design with no practical input whatsoever). Even if you’re like me and despise a certain bank’s junk mail and fiscal practices, I still highly recommend supporting this café. I assure you: it exists solely for goodwill and positive brand exposure. At these prices they can’t possibly be making a cent off of the café. God forbid Capital One ever decide to shut it down due to low traffic! Edit: bumping up to five stars because I just noticed that their plastic cups are plant-based. That’s something that matters to me and it is highly unusual for a business with such low profit margins.

Great little café for cheap drinks and no line. If you have a debit card by them it’s even cheaper. The staff is awesome. The only thing I dislike about this location is that you do not have access to the ATM after hours. There is 24 – 7 security there so put the ATM in the lobby or allow members access to it in a separate room that they would need their ATM card to access.
