Yeah… sometimes the employees here act a bit snooty but I got $ 500.00 pair of boots for $ 400.00~!! I’ve wanted these boots forever and that 20% off got me. I’m a sucker. I always get sold by those damn sales people. They didn’t have my size so they had to order them and have them delivered to me. The sales person was nice enough to do that 5 minutes before closing. I got my boots in 3 days… delivered to my work~!! You might think $ 400.00 for shoes is a bit much unless you’re one of those people who only buy Jimmy Choo or Manolo Blahnik. If that’s the case, I hate you. Ah well, I’m happy with my boots. They’re hot. :)

Here’s an idea… When hiring people to work on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year(Thanksgiving Weekend), it may be a good idea to explain to them that when a girl walks into your store and is looking around for help, they should try setting down the ice cream they are chomping on, stop talking to their friend about the guy who gave her hickeys last night and oh I dunno, help a girl out! I was in this store for 5 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times while holding a boot up in the air and nada. Not an acknowledgment, not a «oh, I’ll be right with you after I wipe the ice cream off my face,» zilch. Charles David, your shoes aren’t THAT cheap. If this was the BOGO Payless sale, maybe I wouldn’t expect much, but come on! Stop hiring slack asses or start training your people better! Just a note for the suggestion box.
