I’ve always passed by this place and never tried it because of the area isn’t so clean but today I was on on 6th street and said what the hell lets try it and it was very very good .They had alot of options from the steam table and it was reasonably priced too so this is a classic don’t judge a book by its cover situation

I love this place. It’s easily the best one that I’ve been to. The place is VERY small but the food is bomb! The teriyaki, shrimp, noodles, and even rice is too notch. You won’t get it better than here. They fill up the plastic boxes to the top with food so whatever you pay it’s well worth it! The workers don’t settle with giving you a little food. It’s almost like«everything must go» type of place and I love it. It’s hot and stays hot for a long time! I hope that this place gets bigger but doubt it seeing its in a poor neighborhood. This place is perfect the way it is and has decent parking. Many people will pass this place up but it’s a hole in the wall place with spectacular food for what it serves!

I love this place. Best place to get filled. It’s tiny but from the tasty rice to noodles to spicy chicken wings to teriyaki chicken etc., this place has it all. Only downfall is price. Before it was $ 1.50 cheaper but you still don’t get shortchanged. The tray is filled to the top and can barely close. The other downfall is that they don’t have their smoothie machine now. They did and those were delicious. But this place is amazing. Delicious.

China Bowl Express is a whole in the wall located on busy 6th street. Across of it you have Food 4 Less, Ride Aid and a bus stop right in front of their door steps. It’s small inside and that makes it looks like it is always crowded, but maybe it is is crowded. People walking in and out of this place. Available at CBE are the well known Combos; A– 1 items for $ 2.99 B– 2 items for $ 3.99 C– 3 items for $ 4.99 For this little shack you have plenty to choose from, and the food you get is good. A good place to get a quick bite, before your bus comes, or you got just hungry after spending some time in Food 4 Less or any other of the many stores in this part of the city. You can sit outside on one of the three tables and watch hundreds of people passing by while you eat. If you are more of a fauna freak, the LA birds will gladly jump on your table as you eat and will gratefully accept some of the fried rice. DOn’t forget to try their Mango Icee that one is delicious.
