Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got there like at 9:07pm and I thought they were closing because they were putting up all the chairs and cleaning up and people where still showing up. Cashier stated they were trying to hurry up so they can get out on time … Felt kinda rushed

Worst Chipotle ever! Came in at 9 o’clock and most of the chairs were already up so no one can sit down, but my question is why would they have chairs already up when they close at 10?
The lady who helped me with my food was in a rush. I was a bit annoyed. Just as I was about to pay I ask one of the employees «what time do you guys close?» And he replies «we close at 10, were trying to clean up so we can get out early»
I just chuckled took my food and left.
If I can give this place no stars I would.

Me and my boyfriend both love chipotle, but this location is beyond disappointing. And because we live nearby, we come back hoping for a better meal. The chicken is constantly burned and dry. But the main reason I’m writing this review is their barbacoa. Last few times we went my boyfriend had to spit out pieces of bad meat, chunks of fat attached, chewy and unappetizing. He ended up eating a veggie bowl quite a few times, to the point where I don’t think we will be returning. Its worth to drive out to another location to enjoy your meal. Sad.

They open at 11AM and I went in as they opened, but the meat they gave me was cold!
Shouldn’t it be hottt if they barely opened? Didn’t they get busted with some kind of food poisoning earlier?

Food here seriously sucks!!! Decided to give them another try after their whole issue. But damn I wish I didn’t come back. The chicken is so damnnnn dry there was some pieces that were so hard that you couldn’t chew! Yuckkkk. After a while couldn’t eat anymore I had 1 ½ of my tacos out of the 3. My Husband had the steak tacos and even he was so grossed out he kept spitting out the meat and i kept asking him why and he said it tasted so dry and hard. They must have overcooked the meat or something. I don’t know. I don’t care. I’m not coming back. The only good thing here is their corn salsa. The chips and guacamole is ridiculously priced… $ 3.30 so not worth it and not even that good.
Chipotle you can send all the free burrito coupons you want but I won’t be coming back! Your food Sucks!!!

My husband and I both got the online free bowl offer. However I forgot to go to the link to redeem it.
I tried to redeem it as we were standing in line but the message was that it would take a few days.
We went through the line anyway. My husband’s dinner was free and I explained what had happened to me.
The clerk apologized that I had to wait to redeem the offer and gave me the dinner for free, even when I insisted on paying, saying that I would now get 2 free bowls. She smiled and pushed the tray to me.
THAT, my friends, is how you do customer service. Way to go, Chipotles!

Enjoy eating here with the exception that I always have ordered grilled onion at other locations but at this place they always over-​grill their onions & green peppers. Please correct this!

Went here a while back and they had roaches and when I pointed it out to the employees they didn’t really do anything about to, it seemed like they didn’t really care. That was one of the nastiest things I’ve ever seen at a restaurant in a long time.

If I could give it a 0 I would — I went in and was in line — they didn’t have much of the food prepared — but what I saw as far as food handling on the line made me want to throw up. I rarely walk in and was out of a place — try took things out of the serving and just threw contaminated food back in. No wonder people are getting sick

Worst Chipotle location ever, every single time. Inexperienced and inconsiderate workers, terrible service overall, so unorganized, don’t listen to any direction about the way you want your food. The line takes forever every time because they are so slow. Ordering online is no better– waited forever for food. I like Chipotle but I will never go to this location again. We have given them ten chances too many. It must be poorly managed or something, because it was one thing to be complete crap when it opened but now years later there has been no improvement. Stay away.

I don’t understand the overall «two-​star» rating for this place. It’s fine. It’s just as good as any other Chipotle. You don’t have to skip this place. Just don’t go during their peak hours unless you’re prepared to find parking in a nearby lot. I must admit, it’s tough to park here when it’s crack-​a-​lackin’.

My boyfriend picked up Chipotle from this location 20 min ago and when I opened my package it was cold and all of my veggies were raw. FYI to Chipotle: They’re not fajitas if they’re raw. Also there are black flakes all over it which confuses me as their staff did not cook anything that’s in my bowl. What the heck are those? I’m not going to eat cold uncooked food with debris all over it. I’m overall disappointed and slightly grossed out.

This place is nice and I like the set up inside kind of cool and air is fresh and cool no hot sauce had to ask someone to borrow theres!

Parking sucks occasionally when it’s busy, but that’s minor issue.
Though Chipotle don’t have much variety on their menu, they deserve 5 Stars for their Commitment to providing Natural, Non GMO Food!
We, the people will soon wake up, hopefully soon, and realize that food is medicine, and that cheap dead food (though yummy) makes us sick !

I literally live right down the street from this location and I’ve been seeing it ever since they had a sign saying Chipotle was coming soon lol. I finally tried it out today and I fell back in love with Chipotle! I haven’t been to any Chipotle location in a while, but I thought this place was pretty good. Service was fast and good, and they filled up my burrito bowl pretty well. I got a steak burrito bowl and got full eating half of it. Got black beans, Pico de gallo, hot sauce, sour cream, corn, guacamole, cheese and lettuce. Came out to about $ 10 something. Got some lemons and sprinkled some Tapatio on it and it was heaven. Enjoyed my first visit back to Chipotle :)

Yesterday my best friend & I went to chipotle and we were so disappointed. We wanted a quesadilla with the fajitas and the staff looked at us like we were crazy and refused to do it. They offered to add the veggies later and we agreed. However, once we got our quesadilla, it had no veggies, and it barely had any cheese! It was super dry and crunchy and we had only gotten it seconds before.
I will never return here again.

I am completely UNSATISFIED. I literally just got home from ordering to-​go.
I had asked for a salad and the girl gave me (no fucking joke, 10 lettuce pieces. There weren’t that many in the bowl). I had to stop her and ask for some more but the annoying part was that she did it with a smirk like, «you dumb bitch, stfu.» Plus she had an attitude. I get that it’s the end of your shift/​night and just want to go home but hide that shit until your customers leave.
I haven’t had chipotle in maybe half a year so I forget what is included. As I’m driving home, I remembered that I was supposed to get their dressing. Granted I should’ve checked my bag before I had left but WHY WOULDN’T YOU GIVE/​ASK FOR THE DRESSING?
My food was made without love. I don’t ever write bad reviews but this irked me enough to say something. UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

This chipotle location is pretty good. Their chicken is super tender and tasty and they give you a good amount of it which is awesome! The inside has an industrial like feel with high ceilings made of wood boards.
I love how this chipotle used red pepper instead of green peppers for their fajita veggies. I’ve actually never been to a chipotle that had this! As of heard though this one only has it occasionally.
The service is great here. Fast and friendly service. Parking is a little tiny though and I’ve seen many people park in spots that aren’t actual spots.

I’ve changed my rating to three stars. Unfortunately, at this location, the service is still slow, the employees are still incompetent (they continually get the order wrong when we’re pointing to everything right in front of them!) and many have terrible attitudes, and the portions are still small.
I think maybe after a little more time and a bit of a turnover with a better hiring process (hiring competent food preparers instead of just cute girls) you guys will be awesome!

This Chipotle is certainly rough around the edges. I want to contribute its flaws to the fact it just opened so I will give it some time before I go back.
The bad:
The line was utterly ridiculous and it never seemed to shorten. My boyfriend and I was the for about an hour (wait time and eat time included) and the line NEVER shrank in size. There were more ppl in line than enjoying their food. But I’m accustomed to Chipotle’s «lines». Its a very popular chain and a certain wait time should be expected. But the wait here was seriously 20 mins plus just to get up to the counter!
The portion sizes are lacking. As I observed, they were stingy with all the portion sizes. The rice and beans were skimpy, the meat portions were measly and the scanty salsa scoop caused me to eagerly demand more (3 more of her niggardly scoops). I felt sorry for the timid lady in front of me she ordered three soft shelled tacos and got a hot mess of three tortillas with 15 chunks of meat situated in one tortilla. The server places these soft tacos on nothing but foil so it as the flung it down the assembly line all the meat chunks rolled to one tilla…
Overall there’s a lot of kinks they need to workout in order to be more proficient. Right now they just seem like young kids slinging food down the assembly line not really working together. It may seem like fun and games but its levels to this shit and I don’t think they ready. The need to master portions and speed because at the moment they are lacking in both.
