This is a terrible practice. Office staff has NO idea what they are doing! I was told they were participating in network providers with my insurance. When I arrived at their office I was told they are not in network and I would be responsible for every penny of the difference between their fees and what my
Insurance covered! They were happy to point out I had already met my deductible for this year and I shouldn’t have to pay much. It’s October folks! What happens in January when my deductible rolls over??? Compassion is not even in their vocabulary!!! Do NOT use this practice. They couldn’t even get my appointment time right. I got several confirmation calls all telling me my appointment was a different time. Yikes!!!
