So, heres my experience with CIC. and it is horrific! CIC tried to charge our insurance thousands of dollars for one injection. Aware that CIC had overcharged us, we began calling other pharmacies to confirm the legitimate price of the injection.(Each pharmacy gave us a price 10 times LESS than CIC had billed) CICSENT A MANTOOURHOME to collect the insurance money(They got very aggressive very quickly). This man had NO form of identification and NO proof that he worked for CIC. He let us FaceTime with Erma from their billing dept. from his phone. Erma was extremely crass and threatening, she had no explanation as to why CIC had charged our insurance so much money but demanded we pay them immediately.(They expected us to hand over a check for thousands of dollars to man wearing cut off jeans, an old stained t-shirt and zero identification? yeah, not happening. The guy barely spoke english and driving without a license is illegal, by the way) Erma sent us ANOTHER invoice to our email that same day and the bill was mysteriously a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the invoice we had initially received? We were then fully aware of what CIC was doing, we immediately contacted our local police(they told us to call 911 immediately if a CIC employee showed up to our home again), we informed our insurance, and we informed our doctors office of how much CIC tried to bill our insurance for ONE injection and they were appalled at the price and how CIC was treating us. We also called our local pharmacy one more time to discuss the price and once again, the pharmacy told us the price is far too expensive. We called CIC back that day and told them we had contacted the police and our insurance. Their tone of voice went from threatening and rude to absolutely terrified, claiming that they have NEVER sent us an invoice and we have ZERO proof of what they had done.(We kept the invoices w/the multiple different prices and we have proof that they sent a man to our home to collect the insurance money) We told CIC to NEVER come to our home again. We haven’t heard from CIC since and sincerely hope we NEVER have to deal with them again. What an AWFUL and terrible experience!

Wow, I got a phone call from Complete Infusion Care asking me to take down my review as it was«hurting their business» — that’s a direct quote. I told them I would update the review with the new information. Numerous phone calls and faxes but still they had employees calling me about using the medicine($ 8,000 a shot) acting like they had no idea I was angry and upset. I put up my negative one star review on Unilocal. An employee called me acting dumb, asking me about using my $ 8,000 a shot medicine — I said point blank«You need to read Unilocal. I put up a really bad review about your company.» Within a few weeks of me telling them that, they put through an adjustment with my insurance company and paid the insurance company back the money they got for the unused medicine. Complete Infusion care sent me a copy of the check they mailed to my insurance company. And basically they fixed things from their end. I never used the medicine, never got the shots, I don’t know where it is. Now all I know is that Complete Infusion Care sent the insurance company back the money they owed them for the unused medicine, and they corrected my account to show I don’t owe them thousands of dollars for medicine I never used. I sincerely hope that I never have to deal with this company again. What a stressful situation they caused for me.

Got a bill for $ 500 for injections for my knee. I called and spoke to a rude, loud mouth woman in billing dept. Asked if I could make payments as I am paying thousands of dollars every month for my husband and myself medical bills. She proceeded to tell me that I got charged the medi-cal amount and I should be grateful for that and they don’t accept payments, that I received the money from the insurance dept for the injections, which I did, but I didn’t realize what they were for so I just deposited them into my bank, she said that its not there problem that I used the money for my personal use! Unbelievable how rude and nasty her attitude was. yelling…speaking over me. Why should they take payments… so when I told her… well then I don’t know when I will be able to pay you she agreed to partial payment… which I gave $ 250 on my credit card. I just called the doctors office and told them of the rudeness of the witch who answered the phone. All I can say is what goes around comes around. And I will take my sweet ass time paying off the balance.
