Seriously the worst customer service ever… well, equally as bad as Pampa. To date, our computer has been at The Computer Place for 5 weeks. They promised it would be done in 10 days… but that’s not the real issue. We’ve called at least 10 times over the past three weeks inquiring about the status. Not once has anyone at the store had an answer for us. Not once has anyone called us back with answers as promised. Last Friday we called and asked for the computer back. We were just fed up. However, apparently it is «forbidden» to return a customer’s property unless it is either in the original condition or fixed… since our computer had been taken apart and left that way they would not return it to us. The manager promised they would put it back together and have it ready on Monday. It’s Tuesday now and still no call from them… Don’t do it. It’s not worth it!
