I stopped here with a lunch companion on a Wednesday. We ordered a salmon & avocado salad. It’s not on the menu. My lunch partner eats Kosher.
The salad was good with a healthy portion of salmon. A bit pricey perhaps.

Never dined in with these guys but I’ve ordered the delivery a few times and it’s always been a good experience.
Delivery is prompt (40m to 1 hr wait after 8:00p) and food is thoughtfully packed. Our usual driver, Eddie, is always friendly and courteous. Food quality is on par with other late-​night delivery places, and the portions are generous. Big draw is the late night delivery!

Great management and service, Kostadin & Higinio are always friendly at the bar and love both the gluten free Carne Pizza & Salmon dish. Happy hour hour is legit M-​F 3 – 7 & delivery is till 4am if you ever have a late night.

I’m giving this place five stars because it is hands down the best delivery pizza in DTLA. I have been a resident of this community for over six years– I’ve ordered from every single pizza company within a two mile radius.
The delivery men always looks so dandy and they’re always so friendly and nice when they greet you at the door. A++++

Kudos to the guy who delivered my pizza tonight– it was raining outside and my concierge was nowhere in sight– yet he managed to be cheerful about the whole thing and hand me my pizza with a big smile!

I just moved downtown and have to learn all the new delivery places around here… I really loved the four cheese pizza. Delivery was prompt and food was hot and delicious. This is going to become one of my «usual» places to order from, I can already tell.

Always amazing food and quantity here. The atmosphere is nice and the service has always been well served. Definitely my first place to go for some delicious Italian food.

NOT NICE PEOPLE AND BAD FOOD
I had food delivered from them through Grubhub. This was by far the worst pizza I have had in California. We ordered 2 18″ pies that turned out to be less than 16″ and we under cooked to the point of stretchy dough raw, toppings that we added were missing and the cheese was barley melted. We ordered an Italian Cobb salad that came with no dressings and missing the bacon and avocado. We ordered a six pack of diet coke and we got a 2 liter bottle of warm regular Coke. What a mess! We called Grubhub to complain, they called the restaurant, and the restaurant offered us a credit on the soda. I called the restaurant myself, they offered no remedy (except that we could have a large pizza if we come in to eat there and that aint never gonna happen), and so I told them that I would make sure and write about my bad experience on-​line. So here it is… The food and their attitude sucks! Clearly they don’t care and the food is reflective of that. AVOID HIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

We don’t tend to give bad reviews, using Unilocal as a means of guiding people toward the services we appreciate and use. But we are beyond offended at how we were treated by this restaurant. We have ordered from them a few time. Delivery is very poor. We didn’t complain every time because we often were just too busy, but routinely we have not received the food we ordered, or the order came late, cold and soggy.
But their food IS amazing, so we persevered, and a few times they did redo the order (albeit very late) and comped us the wrong items in one case, even making a second delivery.
NOT TONIGHT. Instead of providing a realistic delivery time, we were told the food would be delivered in 30 – 45 minutes. It was over 20 minutes late, we had ordered a large pizza but received a cold, soggy pizza and toppings we had paid for were missing.
When we initially contacted EAT24 about the order, we were told that the restaurant was sorry the meal was late but that it was just leaving the restaurant and would arrive fresh! It was cold and soggy and small. We complained to EAT24 what we’ve conveyed here, and the restaurant offered us 20% of our bill, which would almost make up the difference between the medium pizza we were delivered and the large pizza we received. When we told EAT24 that this was unacceptable they agreed and contacted the restaurant again which insisted they would pay us back assuming the pizza was uneaten and still in the box. As if we hadn’t, after waiting over an hour for dinner, eaten a few pieces of the pizza. We would have had to eat the pizza at the very least, to know it was cold and soggy.
Eventually EAT24 (YAY EAT24) COMPED US THE WHOLE MEAL and said they would contact the owner, having only spoken with managers.
Reading over reviews, we clearly are not the only people to have experienced this audacity.
It’s really a shame because we do love their food, but not if we can’t actually order it and get what we order. Then it’s only good food in theory, right? And while a hypothetical pizza may be food for thought, it’s still only conjecture on the plate, which is indeed not filling nor nutritious.

We received the same empty apology the owner gives to all bad reviews, offering to have the chance in the future to make it up to me, to which I responded:
oH please. You had the chance to make it up to me. Your manager decided to only comp me 20% which didn’t even cover the difference between the large pizza I paid for and the medium pizza I got. You’re welcome to compensate me any time. Make it up to me? How about a special order of pizzas to my house as an apology? I’ll accept that. NO? I didn’t think so. You spend more time apologizing on Unilocal than actually providing good service. I’m not the only one who has raised these issues. Get yourself together and provide service, instead of empty no-​pologies.

Would review the food if I ever got to try it. They took my number down wrong which is my fault? So my order was going to take an additional ²⁰⁄₃₀ mins on top of my original quoted 45 minute delivery time. :/​you’ll see me on the news dying of starvation, no big deal.

Service sucks, they really suck. Ordered delivery, pizza came cold, too soft, not crispy. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Get the LOW CARB ADDICT. It will change your life. Juicy Italian meatballs smothered in homemade marinara sauce with mozzarella and parmesan on top. My mouth is watering right now.
I really love this place. It’s one of my favorite places to order food from in Downtown LA. Delivery is usually within 30 – 45 minutes and the customer service is great. Skip the desserts. I tried the red velvet cake and it was pretty dry. Not sure what happened there, but the rest of the menu is awesome.

This review is solely for delivery.
A friend and I ordered lasagna and spaghetti at 10:45pm for delivery. The estimated delivery time was 30 — 45 minutes. It arrived at 11:55 — over an hour later. I could’ve forgiven that if the food was good.
Both arrived lukewarm. The lasagna had a thick layer of cheese on top that was swimming in grease. I asked for my spaghetti to have half Alfredo and half marinara sauce (it’s normally delicious — I highly suggest it if you’ve never tried that). It arrived with very little sauce at all. Half of the pasta was still dry and didn’t have sauce on it. I’m not sure what sauce they used, but there was a lot of grease at the bottom of my dish as well. I mean, we ate it, but it wasn’t pleasant.
I was really looking forward to delicious Italian food and was overwhelmingly disappointed at the late delivery and poor quality of the food. I would not order delivery from here again.

Ordered pizza last night at 10:30 pm. After 4 calls to the restaurant it finally showed up, cold, at 12:45 am, by a guy who was clearly not sober driving a convertible in 40 degree weather. I basically paid someone $ 40 to give me diarrhea. Thanks a lot.
Update: This morning I see they took $ 6 off cuz it was so late & cold. Thanks… I think?

Ok, I truly never write reviews; VERY rarely, at least.
My fiancé and I just ordered from this place. It is currently 2:37am on a TUESDAY, downtown
was the only place on eat24 offering delivery at 1:50am.
For whatever reason, maybe because it was our only option, I ended up reading reviews while we waited for our food and I fell in love with the woman, Constantine, answering these whiny complaints.
My food arrived in 27 minutes, to my door. Literally (LITERALLY!) too hot to handle. Even the mozzarella sticks (which, come on, if you order is your own god damn problem. Like French Fries, you know that’s an order-​in-​restaurant dish) were like we’d been in the restaurant.
Given, I’m only 1 mile from the place. Maybe the fact that it’s the one and only restaurant open for delivery and tomorrow IS a national holiday (people don’t work. They party. They order in on a weeknight) will make up for the open-​end
I will not only order again, I will eat on their restaurant and recommend them to All my DTLA friends AND demand to meet Constantine in-​person because God-​only-​knows what a nightmare it must be replying to all these LA whiners

Wow not only is their food sub par the guy that talks to you is a world class customer service representative straight out of aushwitz. After a long day I hoped to enjoy great food I ordered and they called and said they were out of calzone and would replace with horns from grubhub and these guys deliverd my food with no utensils and napkins after I was forced (couldn’t checkout) to leave a tip. I called room service and got utensils delivered. Then I noticed my calzone had no sauce I called to complain was told they would resend a driver for training purposes. I refused and was told no soup for you. I took pictures and am refuting this poor excuse for an Italian restaurant with my credit card STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Cute place with a nice trendy downtown feel. Ambiance was a comfortable but sophisticated. Beautiful décor and plenty of seating.
Friendly service with fairly standard Italian food. Seems like a spot perfect for dates or small get together a with friends.
Portions are crazy large and can easily be 2 meals.
The fettuccine Alfredo was very similar to Olive Garden and came with 2 pieces of bread.
Would come back again!

Solid late night drunk and hangover food!!!
The first time we ordered delivery after the club. They definitely deliver in a reasonable time, especially during drunk hours ;) So the DTLA boy and I had a fun filled evening dining at Water grill and bar hopping. Hours later I got the hunger itch and I needed food!!! Mister has a bunch of delivery menus and the only spot open at that time was this lovely joint. When you’re faded and you’re at home, I’m not going to be that picky ;p
So delivery both times have been top notch on the timing. First time we ordered a pizza and spicy meatballs. The pizza was delish. I topped it with pepperoni, sausage and that was added to the 4 cheese pizza: p The meal was solid and overall very satisfying. I passed out and felt good in the morn: D Second time we needed hangover food. I really wanted to go back to Faith&Flower BUT DTLA boy gets so sick after a night of partying he just can’t bounce back LOL. I’m a bad influence: D So we ordered almost everything on the menu hehe. We ordered Fettuccine alfredo, Four cheese spaghetti, Spicy meatballs, calamari and mozzarella sticks and he wanted potato skins too I said no to that LOL I rather have ordered a personal pizza or a sub than that!!! But we got neither since we already ordered enough for a small army HAHA.
Food came at a reasonable time but the delivery guy has issue doing transactions with credit cards. He always calls back to finish the transactions and this second time DTLA boy didn’t have the phone close by and the delivery guy came back to finish it in person o_​O. I’m sure my friend isn’t the only that pays with credit cards so why can’t this dude get this shit right! That’s is my only gripe about them. Everything else hits the spot, when your in a time of hunger need: p Everything is super fresh and still hot. I think the alfredo or any cream based pasta, should be ordered there since the sauce separates and ends at the bottom of the to go aluminum pan and you have to spoon the sauce out a bit. Overall a solid meal and make sure they pack parmesan cheese packets and chili flakes because last time we didn’t get them. Even though we didn’t order pizza I still want those packets???
As long as I hang out with my DTLA boy and we get drunk, this will be my spot for our drunken nights ahahahahahahaah. !!! Oh I can’t wait to order the other half of that menu: D

Came here for lunch today (Friday) Surprisingly they were not busy. Service was quick & friendly. I got the Gorgonzola pizza which has Gorgonzola cheese (yum) roasted garlic, capers, walnuts, caramelized onions & mozzarella cheese. Overall, the pizza dough was delicious but the pizza itself was ok. It could’ve used a little more flavor. My coworker got the chicken avocado salad, which I had a bite & it was really good. I definitely want to come back to try other things on the menu. Also, for all you vegans. they offer vegan cheese (yay!)
