Cups Frozen Yogurt

Really nothing special about Cups. Great location, but just average as average can be in terms of froyo. If you have been to any place where you serve yourself yogurt then you have a good idea of what to expect here.
Nothing special to stand out. Not bad, not great. Just okay run of the mill soft server server yourself

As soon as you come in, you are greeted with a smile. They were really friendly walking in, which made it the experience that much better. They give u little sample cups so that you can try the different flavors that they had. It’s really cool how they have the name of the possible mixes of both flavors. All of their toppings were fully stocked and everything was clean and labeled. The yogurt came out to be around 6 bucks, and my yogurt was fully topped with everything. Great place to come get a yogurt!

I was surprised to see that they serve Dole Whip somewhere other than Disneyland. I was skeptical at first thinking it’d be a weak version of it, seeing as it’s a Froyo place at the mall. Previous Froyo places at this mall have been overpriced and not so quality. But I’m happy to report that the Dole Whip was so good! It was rich and sweet like it should be. And I got a good amount for only 3 dollars. Next time, I’m trying the Dole Whip Float.
They do have tons of topping options from animal circus cookies, mochi, chocolate, and sprinkles. Including marshmallow fluff, Nutella, and honey to drizzle on top to name a few.
There is a nice little seating area for anyone who is curious. And sample cups are available if you ask.

I was a bit skeptical about another froyo place opening up in the area, but as always I like to try a new place at least once. It helps that Cups is near my work and easily accessible during lunch or break times. First walking into Cups it has a typical format of fill your own cup with their variety of flavors and toppings but what sets them apart from other companies is their twists. Its basically a McFlurry type dessert with your choice of froyo and selected toppings. They blend them together for a smoothie like refreshment. One thing that has been making me go back is their flavors. They recently have obtained Dole Whip which is the best! I have to say that I’ve visited at least once a week during my breaks to see if there are any new flavors to try out. Their most recent wonder is the caramel apple pie froyo with the additional of caramel walnuts, TOO GOOD!

The flavors are really good. I kind of wish they had a bit more variety on healthier flavors. Either way I managed and the flavor that I chose was delicious. I don’t recall what it was but it was amazing. The flavors that I tried were peanut butter, marshmallow, cappuccino, cake batter, and chocolate. I couldn’t try anymore because «Straight Outta Compton» was about to start lol. They also had a good amount of toppings, some I haven’t seen at other yogurt places before. It was a bit pricey for the amount I got, but if you showed your movie ticket they automatically give 20% off. So that was a win win right there. It was convenient at the moment since I was craving yogurt and wanted to see a movie. Both Cups and the movie theater are no more than 100 feet away from each other if anything less than that. It’s a nice little place, clean, and welcoming. The customer service was great, I loved it. I would definitely give them a try, I know I’ll be going there again whenever I want to go watch a movie.

This Frozen Yogurt is so good. The peanut butter and chocolate mixed topped with peanut butter cup is to die for. The twisters look yummy too.

This place a little smaller than other competitors. The décor is very nice with its soft colors. I have to say that the young employee was very nice and pleasant during my visit. A plus.Keep up the good work.
The one thing that really stood out was the cleaningness of this location, from all the condiments and most of all the whole location.
I tried the cotton candy that was recommended from the young employee that was working their during my visit. That’s always a plus when the employee recommends.
Since your a new location, and where your located I would get involved in offering a discount for all the mall employees and the movies goers from pacific theaters, your right next door.
Also do other things different than your competitors. Best of Luck.

Love this place!!! First off it’s not your typical frozen yogurt shop. It’s really cool and they play awesome music. All the employees are super friendly and really attractive. The sample cups are huge, gives you a chance to really taste the flavor. They have a ton of topping choices. I highly recommend the brownies !!! Idk what it is but those brownies are AMAZING. I’m craving them as I type this. I like how they name their combination flavors. They have twisters also that I can’t wait to try. Overall I would highly recommend checking this place out you won’t regret it! It’s way better Han the frozen yogurt places they’ve had in the past.

I’m sad to say that this isn’t the place for the froyo. Maaaybe for custard (they only have 3 flavors of those), but definitely not frozen yogurt! I can’t explain it… It’s just not good.
