Delizie la

I was invited at a Dinner party and they were serving Arancini from Delizie LA which is a breaded and stuffed risotto ball about the size of a baseball, with a filling of Bolognese Sauce or Porcini Mushrooms. At first I thought is just rice with some filing… but when I put it in my mouth it was an explosion of wonderful flavors light and delicious!!! Like eating a risotto in a fancy Restaurant with a little crisp on the outside. I tried also the porcini mushrooms ones and it was sooo good!!! It also comes with a side of a smooth Tomato Basil sauce.
