Denny’s

The food always good. Service is terrible. Special a waitress with the name Fantasia, terrible attitude. I have called the main line to complian but Fantasia might be somes daughter or mistress because she is still here and her attitude still terrible.

This place deserves zeros stars. Every time we come here the service is terrible but the location is convenient on Saturday so we come. Today was the last straw! We waited 20 mins before flagging someone down and when we flagged him down he said «be right with you» he never came. So I flagged down the manager who was unapologetic and just sent someone over. Why did it take so long to get someone? By this time we were 30 mins no food, no drinks, not even water. By that time we decided to just leave so we wouldn’t jeopardize any sort of retaliation from the staff. Never coming here again.

The only reason I’m giving this place 1 star is because our server JEREMIAH IS A ROCKSTAR WHO IS WORTH 10 stars!!! There was a huge fight that broke out that he had to deal with, still bouncing back and forth dealing with other patrons. This restaurant is very poorly managed and seemingly as zero respect or appreciation for their staff or patrons! Jeremiah YOURE AMAZING! Keep your head up you’re amazing!!!

Had very bad experiences these last 3 times. Was there on a weekend morning waiting to be called. After noticing families who had gotten there after us being called I went up and asked how much longer — they couldn’t find our name on the list :-/​I understand weekends are busy but please, it’s not that hard to keep a list of names.
I have called in twice after that to place a lunch order to no avail. The first time I had to call twice because I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. And just yesterday, called again twice to place a lunch order but phone just rang and rang with no answer.
People: just drive down the street to the IHOP on Stocker Street.

Hate the service they took half a hour to get my order the food took forever and it’s easy to get away with a free meal

I was forced to put at least one star to post this review but this Denny’s gets NO STARS FROM ME!!! I’m assuming that my server Kenny G. was the manager because he was the only one not in uniform! He was cool, or at least I thought! Didn’t write my order down and came back with the wrong thing! He ended up getting me the correct food 45 minutes later when my friends were done eating, and when I asked for a compensation on the meal he replied «Well if you don’t want it I’ll just take it back and take it off your bill!» EXCUSE ME? horrible management… The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT! Everyone knows that. Anyways, DONT COME HERE ! ITS HORRIBLE !

The so called «Server» Angie, is so rude! after waiting 30 mins of no one attending us, we had to ask a coworker to assist us and 10 mins later angie finally has arived. Anyway while she was taking our order she kept sighing and making fowl faces as if she was a teenage girl getting a order from her mom. When my pancakes arrived they were cold and stale. while we ate our meal no refills were offerd and she was no where in sight. I had to get up and go ask another coworker for our check. No tip was given and this is the 3^rd time I have bad service at this restaurant. I guess the 3^rd time Isnt the charm. THIS DENNYS SHOULD REEVALUATE THERE EMPLOYEES IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Waited 20 minutes to be seated. then 30 to get food and the food was decent but next I will come after having a snack.

The manager Becky is rude and condescending. The restaurant screwed up my order and the manager Becky… Who can barely speak English… Laughed at my complaint…
I’m done with this store

Dissapointed with meal, i come here often and look forward to a good club sandwhich. Well my overly toasted bread, skimpy turkey meat and lack of bacon aside my waitress Sigourney was fabulous, she was kind and sharp.

I been going to this place for years in my neighborhood. The food is exceptional how ever management and hostess were dry and crammed us on one side of tge restaraunt due to lack of staff. We were the first to come in and last to be seated… omg the nerve… like im not ignorant… the waitress so sweet though. I guess thats what you get when you come at the beginning of the month.

Food not too good. Service not too good. Prices were reasonable but quality was lacking. I had cheese and scrambled egg, two pancakes, two slices of bacon, two sausage links, all for somewhere around six someting, which is not bad, but it didn’t have much pizaz. Service was poor, I had to ask three times for salsa, and had to ask for a refills of cofee. They were extremely busy, but there is no excuse for bad service. even ihop and norms food was better then this, and their service is much better. i kind of doubt that I will be returning. there are too many better pla es then this one for breakfast then this one in los angeles.

Waiter and staff were so patient and attentive, plus the wait wasn’t long at all. The food was like Denny’s food I wasn’t expecting to wowed.

Nice ambience. I don’t think the cook is that great because my bacon avocado cheeseburger wasn’t that good. I really liked my apple pie milkshake. I highly recommend it. I don’t really like denny’s in general because there’s only one good thing on their whole menu. Everything else besides their bacon avacado cheeseburger is disgusting. Good place to loiter and do your homework though.

Because I went to Denny’s and the service was horrible. They say us down for 30 mins before anyone came and asked if we wanted something to drink. A customer had to yell at them to come before the came to the table. Then when I got my food it had hair. Horrible

Ok went back with two brother bikers who rode in from Texas to see me, treated them to breakfast 10 Nov 2015 at 7am, one order onevof the skillet specials while I order the gran slam… ugh my potatoes we less in portion than before. My podna lovee his skillet it was still sizzling when he recieved it.
As for m3 the pancakes were luke warm same as potatoes, the bacon n sausage was starting to get cold, sent the pancakes back and potatoes loked like they were from weight watchers as if they were rationed out on the plate., this is like a love affair gone south, still you can hit it but there’s something that keeps comming up missing

Came here three times in total… I work next door. Each time I came their was something different. :(The first time was fine regardless of a long wait because we came to Dennys to kill time eating until provide started
Second time I bought a gift card and used it… I PUT my tip on my debit card… Turns out I was charged for the gift card $ 50 (which I used to pay) a long with paying again with my debit card although my receipt only read my tip amount. I’m glad that I kept the receipt! I called a few days later and they saw the error. They offered to put the money back on the gift card… Lame. I waited a week to get the money on my debit card again
Today I came in to use my birthday coupon which expires today. The email needed to be printed out instead of shown (can’t use a one time promo code?) So they sent me to s tree staples next door because they thought it was open… Walked over and walked back because it wasn’t open.yet. the place wasn’t.busy yet… My server
table as I planned to come back with. the print out. When I came back empty handed and saw my waiter, she was busy. I spent more time being sent to staples, waiting to be seated and served than eating. I wanted to eat what they have on my birthday coupon but it’s now it’s not enough time left to a wait again and sit to eat before I have to open up my store next door. Epic fail.

Zero stars! After reading all the reviews I will never set foot in there. I’ve been to enough restaurants and worked in a few to smell a rat when I see one.
Too bad their corporate offices don’t intervene and shut it down or remodel and replace manager and staff.
It would be a great location with plenty of parking for a good breakfast joint!

I’ve been coming to this Dennys location for years. The busiest it gets are Sunday mornings. Recently I tried to also get food to go and didn’t get a good experience there with that too.
I like Dennys. The food is awesome and I’ve never had a problem with the quality of it. However, I feel like the service of the staff can be more attentive. I don’t like standing around to be serviced or waiting around for long periods of times just to be brought menus. Nonetheless, good food and location. I think they are just short staffed here but they are trying their best.

Sunday night 9pm not busy dirty tables. Dirty floor
Denny’s is cut and dry. Ok food. Ok service. Well today was the Absolute worst. I’m a server. I WORKED at a Denny’s for 4 years. I ran the joint through college. So fine, I get it. I’ve been a server for 8 years. I just got off work! Though, as a server, come on! I have never ever had service this bad. I almost enjoyed it. I wanted to see what else would go wrong. This was a first for me.
I worked all day and wanted a bite with a friend. Went in for chicken strips and fries. We walked in and an uninspired, silent man in a green shirt walked back in after us. «For two?» What? He’s the manager? No warmth, charm, no will to even be there. Damn.
Well, we sat. And sat. And sat for ten minutes. Greeted by a server who had been joking and talking being the counter. He took our order he came back 15 minutes later with our drinks. He said out food was taking exceptionally long because Something happened in the kitchen. Sure dude. You forgot to put in our food. It’s fine.
Our food came shortly. The fries were refried. I could taste the old oil. I mean no one cares here?
We ate. It was ok. Eh. We decided to get up to pay. We could have walked out. we should have walked out. I’m not down with the stereotype of being young and walking out. I’m happy to pay. I’m happy to tip. but tip for what? I’m a server I live off my tips. I couldn’t do it. our server did not care. No one cared here. It is an Absolute shame.
I’ll never be back. I should have eaten at work. :(
