I have been in the market for a Panerai Submersible for a few weeks and like any prudent watch guy, I scoured all my contacts and the internet for the best price and best service/​delivery. I never buy anything at this price point unless I have been given a referral to a trusted site or a private vendor/​business. I’m very anal and extremely meticulous when it comes to my watches and how I am treated during the transaction. I contacted several websites and wholesalers but never found the right combination of satisfied answers, price and general feel good about the vendor. I was referred to Chris, owner of Diamonized Collections by a very dear friend and good client of mine. He assured me I was in very good hands. I called Chris, and he was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and just a very good guy. I let him know what I was looking for and he went to work. Within a couple of days, he had the lowest price and let me know when my watch will arrive. He never overpromised and was always up front, truthful and very helpful. Chris immediately earned my trust and my business. I am now the proud owner of an absolutely SICK watch and I have Chris to thank for an incredible experience. The experience went so well for me, I already referred another friend. I RARELY REFER, but Chris was so on point, I knew my friend would be well taken care of, like I was. For me, this is definitely not the end of a successful transaction, but the start of a trusted relationship.

Chris and the team redesigned my wedding band. I wanted something very thin and feminine with minimum prongs… I wanted my diamonds to stand out, as they were lost in the original setting. When I got the ring back my reaction was WOW! It was beyond what I expected! Precise and perfected! He kept me informed during the entire process and never proceeded without confirming with me.
