Going to an event at the Greek or Hollywood Bowl? Hate the parking and traffic? Use Dine and Ride. They have courteous drivers who get you to/from the venue in a timely manner. Well worth the price.

First visit to The Greek Theatre and it was a great experience! We selected the Dresden and the menu had a good selection and the dine and ride attendant was on site to keep us on time. The restaurant itself is so fun and interesting. We actually went back there after the concert for another drink and to check out the live entertainment. My husband loved the prime rib. The ride to and from the event was smooth and went off without a hitch. I will certainly use this service again!

Oustanding, I don’t know why anyone would not do this, on time, friendly, organized, comfortable, clean vans, great food — it was perfection, and super quick! Dropped off at front gate, pick was perfect!!! Highly recommend.

What a great experience to have a driver who is so professional, polite and a safe driver. The drivers name is Cynthia, and Ms. Cynthia will be the reason I will dine and ride again. She is worth the tips and more!!!

Wow. worth every penny! Our son was playing in one of the bands performing at the Greek Theater the other night and the last thing we needed to worry about was traffic, parking, and getting there on time. Dine & Ride made our night worry free and something we will never forget! The driver/van was already in the parking lot of the Dresden restaurant when we arrived to eat, which made me relax and enjoy dinner knowing they were there and ready to drive. I can’t say enough about this company. They dropped us off in front of the Greek, well ahead of the start of the concert. Our son’s band was great and we had a blast. They picked us up exactly on schedule. THANKYOUSOMUCH!

I cannot recommend Dine &Ride highly enough. The other reviews pretty much say it all; this service is a class act and saves you the time and trouble of driving to and parking at a crowded, expensive venue. They handle every detail so that your concert experience goes smoothly, and the value for the price is outstanding. I will never again buy tickets to a show at the Greek or the Hollywood Bowl without immediately booking with Dine & Ride for the evening.

We opted for the dine and ride to avoid the parking situation at the Greek theater. We were so glad that we did. We arrived at Il Capriccio on Vermont(almost missed the turn-in for the valet parking) at about 4:50 for a 5PM dinner. The valet guys(2 of them) were friendly, polite, and professional. One opened the door for me and the other opened the door for my husband. We walked to the restaurant — 2 doors down, and we were met by our waitress, Jennifer. She was very nice and told us «the guy inside had the Dine and Ride list». We went inside and«the guy» came over. He asked for our name, found us on the list, asked if we wanted inside or outside(outside), and sat us. He was the most unfriendly person in this experience — and one of the two reasons for losing a star. There was no welcome, no have a nice day, no enjoy your dinner — just ok — you can sit here. Again, our waitress, Jennifer(mentioning her again because she was that good), came over and reminded us that our dine and ride included an appetizer and main course, and that drinks and dessert were additional. We knew that already, so we were fine. They brought out bread with an olive and garlic type spread — I didn’t care for it, but they happily and quickly brought me butter. We ordered the Mozzarella Marinara and the Calamari Fritti. The calamari was crispy and very good, although the sauce was topped with crushed red pepper, making it tremendously spicy. The mozzarella were 2 cheese balls — average. Our main courses included the Risotto and the Spaghetti Mare. Here’s the second reason for the loss of a star. The risotto was not creamy at all — basically rice and mushroom pieces. Not bad — just not great by any stretch of the imagination. The spaghetti was ok as well, although the marinara sauce was very good. There was a lot of squid, 3 tiny mussels, 2 teeny tiny clams, 2 small pieces of fish, a very dry prawn(whole) and an additional prawn head. The food was a major downer and thankfully, was the worst part of the experience. I must add that the waitress and the bus boys were exceptionally good. We only ordered one drink and weren’t chancing dessert, but we did not get charged for the drink. We asked if the tip was included(we thought it was) and we were told«yes, 18% is included, and thank you very much for checking». Toward the end of our meal, Justin came over and told us to take our time and pointed to where our ride would pick us up — then reiterated to relax and take our time. When we left the restaurant, we met Justin right near the valet entrance, and we met the driver. We got into the van along with 8 other people and we were on our way to the theater. Watching the traffic going in made us so glad that we didn’t have to drive this. We were dropped off right in front of the theater entrance, and told to return to the same area after the show — and to enjoy! The show was excellent(in case you were interested — it was Brian Wilson and Jeff Beck). After the show, we went outside, and found the vans — there were many of them — already fully loaded and taking off. Minutes later, another one pulled up and was loaded. We waited about 5 minutes total to get into one and were taken back to the valet parking where we originally left our car. We had a different driver on the way back, but she was pleasant too. The valet guy(only one this time) was getting a car when we got there, but was very quick(thankfully as we were freezing). He got our car, and we were on our way. We know that if we were to have driven ourselves, we would probably still be stuck in a parking lot at the Greek(either lost or unable to get out of the stacked parking lots). We will definitely use the Dine and Ride service again — although we will try a different restaurant next time.

The Dine and Ride folks were super friendly. Great dinner at the Dresden.(Also enjoyed the unique bar at the Dresden.) They dropped us right at the front gate at The Greek, so we didn’t have to fight the parking nonsense. Loved it.

We used dine and ride for the first time Saturday night to go to the Greek and absolutely loved it! It was so easy and convenient, we will use it every time we go to a concert that offers it. The people were super friendly and we were dropped off and picked up right at the gates. Not having to worry about the parking was worth it alone. But, we ate at the Dresden and it was amazing! The food and atmosphere were amazing! It was such a great deal and made the whole concert experience much more enjoyable. I highly recommend eating at the Dresden if you can.

If you have parking anxiety as I do, this is a great alternative. You do pay for the convenience, however. It is roughly $ 60pp to dine at a selection of restaurants, park your car there and be shuttled to and from The Greek. The company was very organized in ensuring everyone was checked in. I chose Capricio and the food was tasty, staff very accommodating. Dinner was choice of appetizer and entrée. Dessert and drinks are extra. The wait after the show is a bit long so either line up before the show is over or wait until the first group of pushers and shovers has left.

Excellent service, even though the Dresden restaurant almost ruined my night. See my review of the Dresden restaurant if you want to see what a lousy waiter we had. So the Dresden messed up my food, told me that the signature prime rib was not available(when it was), and even slapped me and extra $ 18 check for dessert and coffee, which I was not aware it was not included. I thought my evening was going to be going downhill from there. The Dine and Ride company saved my evening. At the restaurant, before boarding the shuttle to the Greek, I voice my complaint to Kyle the Dine and Ride representative. He listened and took my complaints seriously. At the end of the evening, I received an email from Dine and Ride with an apology, and in the email said a credit of $ 18 will be applied to my card for the dessert fiasco that happened at the Dresden. The shuttle service was excellent. It was VIP service the whole way. Catching the shuttle from the Dresden to the Greek was very easy. After the Manilow concert, there was a little bit of a mix up as to which shuttle to grab. I thought there was a specific shuttle to the Dresden, only to find out it was grabbed any shuttle, and they will take you to the right place. I highly recommend this shuttle company for the Greek, but I will not recommend eating at the Dresden, If you have my waiter, that is. The other elderly couple that arrived at the valet before me had an excellent experience at the Dresden, so it goes to show that one employee can ruin your whole night. Dine and Ride is not cheap. Varies from $ 60−70pp, but the entire experience of not parking at the Greek is worth the money.

Our 1st time using Dine &Ride. We went to the Greek Theatre for War/Tower of Power/Cheech &Chong Concert. This was a great evening, no parking worries, no driving worries. Perfect service from the dinner at the Dresden to the friendly and courteous shuttle drivers. Smooth experience. I hope the can do this for the Staples Center also.

The best ever, we used dine and ride for the Greek Further show and couldn’t be more impressed. Great valet service at Il Capriccio on Vermont, great dinner, great van ride, super easy pick up after the show. The best way to go to the Greek

We have been using Dine & RIde for the past couple of years for our concert outings to the Greek. What a Great Service! The owner Marc Buckhantz does a really good job of communicating with your to make sure that the service goes smoothly. The choices of restaurants are really good, although we really have enjoyed our dinning experience at Il Capriccio. Why be a victim to the Greeks stacked parking when you can have your car valeted at the restaurant, hop in the shuttle van after dinning and be dropped off at the entrance to the Greek. Concert over walk out and get into the waiting van and dropped back at your car. What a way to go!!! Thanks Marc for the excellent service.

We used Dine and Ride for Neil Diamond at the Greek. Dine & Ride really is a great service. Everything from the email confirmation to the restaurant reservation to the shuttle service was as smooth as possible. This brought the whole concert experience to another level of enjoyment. No stress driving to the Greek to find parking and no waiting for hours to get our car. As soon as we finished dinner, the van was waiting outside the restaurant and a small, comfortable van got us to the Greek in 15 minutes! After the concert, the van was waiting right outside the Greek and got us to our car in 10 minutes. It took less then 5 minutes to get our car, hit the road with no traffic and be home in 20 minutes. Excellent!

My girlfriend had purchased us Dine & ride tickets to see Neil Diamond in Concert. We had just got done eating dinner at the Desert Rose and were told we would be picked up at 7:00pm. The shuttle arrived early and was filled to capacity by 7:00pm for those of us who would much rather be 45 minutes early than 45 seconds late. The shuttle was a large white van that seated 14 passengers. The shuttle driver was very nice & friendly. She was very talkative and provided a smooth drive to the Greek Theater. The shuttle driver obviously knew the shortcuts because we were at the Greek Theater within minutes. Before we exited the shuttle the driver advised us where the shuttles would be lining up at the end of the night to pick us all up and take us back to our restaurants. The Dine & ride offers service to I believe 4 or 5 different restaurants in the Los Feliz area so depending on how far your restaurant is from Vermont & Los Feliz the basic major cross streets upon exiting the Greek is basically the order in which you will be dropped off. No matter if you are the 4th restaurant drop off you are looking at an added maybe 2 minutes. At the end of the night we exited the Greek Theater and once again we were the first to board the shuttles back to our vehicle. The shuttle driver waited for our bus to reach max capacity and drove us our drop off location and wished us all a great evening. The shuttle service was fantastic. If you are looking to drive yourself and park at the Greek you have to fight traffic in and out. When you arrive you are stacked parking meaning you cannot leave until the vehicle in front of you leaves and the parking fee is $ 50, yes FIFTYDOLLARS. THESHUTTLESERVICEISTHEWAYTOGO.

Easy easy easy, need I say more. What a great experience with a professional organization. This takes the added stress out of getting to/from a venue. We went to the Greek to see Don Henley on September 17th. this will definitely be the way I will go to concerts from now on. I generally will not go to the Hollywood Bowl because of the Nightmare parking situation there, but now will use Dine and Ride. It’s a great concept carried out by a fun staff!

Guess I can’t break the 5 * chain here… but it truly is worthy of 5 Stars! Kyle of D&R sought us out in the restaurant of our choice and gave us options for a 7:10 or 7:20 shuttle, no hassles, prompt and courteous for our concert at the Greek to see Thievery Corporation. Our driver, Cynthia was extremely nice, accomodating, and most importantly, an excellent driver. My wife and I really enjoyed getting to know her. When the concert was over she and her D&R van were right out in front of the Greek ready to take us back to our car on Vermont. This is the way to go… no more stack parking at the Greek for me!

We had tickets to see the Goo Goo Dolls at the Greek on Aug 27. We were dreading the whole stacked parking ordeal. Saw the Dine and Ride option and figured why not. First of all Mark, who I believe is the owner, changed my restaurant choice and my reservation time without any hassle. He answered all my questions. He was actually at the Dresden the night of the concert and spoke to me and my husband. His drivers were so courteous. We left the concert a little early to avoid the crowd and did not have to wait for anything. Truly a wonderful experience all around. The only way to go from now on. Can’t wait to try them for the Bowl or Kodak.
