My company switch their shuttle service during our stay in LAX for the whole summer from Execucar(super shuttle) to Direct Express… And it was the best decision they ever made. Direct Express, always on time n friendly service and always ready to pick us up, even when you give em last minute call at 3−4am. 2 thumbs up for Larry Kemp. the best driver ever !!

I am currently working for a company that has me working in Los Angeles for the entire summer of 2014. My company ended using Direct Express Passenger Service as a result of poor service from a previous transportation company. It has truly been a huge relief since my company decided to switch transportation companies and use Direct Express for the rest of my time in LA. They are very punctual and professional… not to mention, extremely friendly and personable. I have never had to wait once for their drivers while waiting to be picked up. They truly care about their customer and take a tremendous amount of pride in what they do. I highly recommend Direct Express Passenger Service as your future transportation needs.

My company switched to Direct Express after we had numerous problems with Execucar(Super Shuttle) and were unable to use Über because of the numerous issues and compromises required with ride-shares at LAX. Although they are small, they are extremely attentive and in the 60+ days since we switched, I haven’t heard of a single problem or missed pick-up. The drivers are often the owners, they know what they’re doing, and they absolutely care 100% about their business. I should also mention that the vehicles are meticulously clean and obviously well maintained. I can honestly say that picking up the phone and talking to your driver directly is way better than any fancy phone app. If you browse my profile you’ll see I don’t give a lot of five star reviews. These guys deserve it.
