Best delivery and service for pizza chains. I have ordered Pizza Hut and papa johns and Dominos has the better presentation, pizza, wings and service. I wish I took a picture of how mouth watering my pizza looked, but we were so anxious to take a bite that we devoured it before I could capture it’s true beauty and essence. ;) There pan pizza is so delish. All jokes aside I am now only ordering pizza from dominos DTLA!!! I can’t wait to try their sandwiches and pastas next week!

Worst service ever! First i placed an order in at 9:00pm annd i called the first time at 10:30pm to see what was going on, they assured me the delivery guy was coming. Then by 11:30 nothing had arrive so i called again and my order was cancel with me being not even notified about it. They just gave me seriously the worst excuses ever. Horrible service

We ordered 5 pizzas at 10:30pm for delivery at 12:15am. The order taker was horrible, having to repeat and verify address and order. Order was marked as carry out and instead of delivery and they had the wrong address. We were told order would be at our work in 7 minutes, almost 20 minutes later still no delivery. I would rather eat cold Costco pizza.

Rude delivery drivers. Need to learn not to double park when making deliveries at union station. I wouldn’t order any food from this place if they paid me. Even then I would throw it out.

On 7⁄30 I placed an order online for a medium handmade pan pizza for carryout on 8⁄1 at 8:30 PM. After applying discounts, the total was $ 0.00 and the receipt correctly showed $ 0.00 for the order. On 8⁄1 at 6:03 PM, I called the store to change the carryout date and time for the order to 8⁄2 at 12:00 PM (noon) instead. I did NOT place a new order, but only changed the time of the original carryout order I had already placed. When I visited the store at 12:15 PM on 8/​2, I was asked to pay the full price of the order without discount (~$ 12). I showed the manager my receipt and explained that I changed the time of my carryout order, but she refused to try to understand my situation and kept saying that I placed the order at 11:50 AM on 8⁄2 and that there was no discount. I tried to tell her that I called on 8⁄1 to change the carryout time of the original order, but all she said was that she was not there at the time and could not help me. So now I have no pizza and have wasted my discount!

I didn’t think it was possible for dominoes pizza to be this awful. We called 5 minutes after our order was placed asking to add ranch and they argued that they had absolutely no record of our original order, and refused to believe us. in fact, they were downright rude. It took over 15 minutes for them to find our order. And it was under the wrong name (which we had corrected on our original call).
Great thing it’s a big chain and will forever stay in business…

tell your delivery boys that they can’t ride fast on the pavement in dtla!!! i was nearly hit as i was walking into a store. the guy was going super fast. if i see another one of your guys riding on the pavement, i will slash their bike tires. ride on the road and get some lights so people see you coming! and a bell!!!

This place sucks. If I could give zero stars, I would. You’d think for somewhere like this it would at least be decent. As a corporation you should really be checking on your employees and how they handle things, especially from a customer service aspect. I called 4 times and every time someone was super rude and had not a clue how to handle a pizza order. A pizza order. Just thought I’d mention that twice. I ended up calling papa johns.

Their Brooklyn style pizza is pretty good. But you have to get a large. So today I decided I’d try a thin crust pizza since I can get it in a small. Big mistake. It is absolutely disgusting. The crust is dry and flavorless. Seriously the worst pizza I have ever had. Just sick to their original or Brooklyn style pizzas.

Well the girl over the phone on 11÷19÷14 instead f been any help she managed to anger me more… She was rude and got the need to tell me in a very rude way «I don’t know that’s what you order» n when I asked to speak with the manager. She didn’t said hold or anything she just placed me on hold without telling me. who says that to a customer that’s unhappy with their food results!!! N then she tells me she been rude because I am being rude with her… Maybe she either needs training in customer service or needs to find a job where mistakes don’t result in an upset customer!!! She needs to find a job where her attitude is not an issue!!!

However when I spoke to the manager on duty he was apologetic and nicer… Thank you for helping me n solving the problem… At least someone there has customer service skills!!!

Great pizza and freshly made. Conveniently close to the data center area to provide food for those late night tech engineers such as myself some reward. I was reluctant to try pizza after a decade of not eating them. They sure surprised me with improved taste.
For those who are sick of traditional pizza, I recommend customize or specialty pizza. They’re just a bit extra in cost but well worth it than logging into Unilocal to write up a low rated comment. I would also recommend to those who are a bit health conscious to order thin crust than a thick crust with too much oil soaked in it.

Get the pan pizza for 8.99! If your downtown this place is fast!
Oh and they sell coke on the 2 liter for cheap! And if you want desert. Try the chocolate lava cake! But make sure you have milk to wash it down.

I’m not going to go on long for this review — We ordered a pizza and they got it completely wrong, and the pizza was all over the box — We called back and was offered another pizza, we gladly accepted. We ate every piece except for 2, when my friend went to finish off the rest, she turned around holding up a 7″ black hair covered in cheese and grease… I definitely wasn’t able to hold what I had consumed of the pizza in after seeing that. We called, and complained, the manager basically argued with us stating that she had in fact prepared the pizza herself and she has blonde hair, she even went as far to say «come down here and see my hair color yourself». Ridiculous, unsanitary. Just gross.

Awful Customer Service! I order a 3 topping large pizza and 8 pcs buffalo wing. You are behind glass the whole time so it feels like Dominos on a prison campus. I do question how clean the establishment is. However beggars cant be choosers.
I was told it would be 9 mins until my order was done. I waited 15 mins in my car just because I know how it is working for food places. I came back in and was surrounded by drug addicts. That’s not my problem though I could care less. My problem was that the young gentleman was on his personal phone with back toward order/​pick up area.
5 minutes later he leaves and doesn’t even acknowledge who needed to place/​pick up orders. A few minutes later the women who took my order came. She handed me my food and when I tried to ask for Parmesan she said:
«Look I’m going to give you napkins and red flakes be happy and leave»
Thanks for an ugly attitude– maybe you would’ve gotten a tip. CIao

This location is great because of convenience.
Whenever I want pizza and I don’t want to venture far from the apartment, I order from here. I place my order online, walk over when it’s ready to pick it up, walk back to the apartment and enjoy!
Service is really friendly here. Pricing is decent. Pizza always tastes good here. I like getting thin crust with different veggies.
