I ordered a pizza and Stuffed Cheesy Bread online from this Dominoe’s Pizza over the weekend. The pizza was to have Pineapple and Green Bell Peppers. Before I received my delivery, I got a call from the delivery man who asked why I didn’t answer the knocking at the door (For the record: My sister was by the door and said she didn’t hear anything). I began to talk on the phone when he abruptly ended the call. I peeked outside and saw him and told him to wait while I went to get my cash. I payed the fee of the food and added a tip (only because he drove to my place to drop it off). I first had my Stuffed Cheesy Bread which was delicious with the Marinara Sauce. When I opened my pizza box, I discovered that it’d been overcooked (the Green Bell Peppers were black). I was furious and asked my mom to go on my behalf to complain in-​store and ask for a refund. When my mom went, she told me that a staff member said that «that’s how peppers look», which I totally disagree with (they should be green, not black). The staff member ended up refunding the money, and said that the next medium-​size pizza I ordered from them would be free. There are two things that annoy me about this situation: The grumpy delivery man and the staff member who didn’t think there was anything wrong with the pizza. I don’t know if I’ll order from them again.

Always on point and every order has been correct over the years. Although I usually order online, if I pick up the order the staff are always friendly and fun. I just had to give a shout out to this location since it was long over due. Thanks for the great service and yummy menu!

My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this location for a few months now, pretty regularly. They are great! The pizza always comes quickly, and the delivery people are really nice!

I ordered lava cakes. They come as a pair. One was smashed and the other was fine. The box wasn’t crushed or dirty so it was done in the kitchen, then packaged up and delivered to me. I called and the manager seemed pretty emotionless as I spoke. She offered to send me another cake. I didn’t even hear an apology. I said I didn’t want another cake and she offered a credit. They should have refunded my entire meal because it was rude and a waste of my time. I said I wouldn’t be ordering from them anymore and she said ok. Someone like that shouldn’t be in management or working with the public.

Ordered four pizzas, got a special one that had a long piece of hair baked right in. Pizza was also uncut.
Delivery driver was parked outside honking his horn for five minutes until I noticed and went down, he never called our name at the gate to come up.
Contacted Dominos via email and said store manager would call to apologize, never got a call.
Dominos gave a $ 10 gift card. Yuck.

It’s cheap, fast, decent pizza. I ordered for pickup and my large pizza was ready by the time I took the 15 minute trip to the location. The staff was friendly both over the phone when I ordered and in person during pickup. The pizza was warm when I got it but it gets cold VERY quickly so for the last four slices we had to reheat in the oven even though we ate it all in one sitting.
I paid 10 bucks for a large one-​topping and although it’s not the best pizza in LA, I was satisfied.

My kid LOVES their regular pizza, I like the hand made, (kid, doesn’t like hand made as much), I’d give it 5 stars but, I hate the fact they charge a delivery fee and then want a tip on top of that, I usually like to order and pick up but, I’d prefer delivery so, STOP CHARGING THE STUPID FEE!

I had a groupon for a $ 10 gift card that their web page wouldn’t accept. It didn’t like the pin or card number apparently and they would not honor it if I called in so I will be calling Groupon tomorrow to find out why. I may ask for a refund. We ordered 2 pizzas anyway, they were delivered quickly and were hot when they arrived. The pizzas however were terrible! It was like they added an entire carton of salt on the crust. Why would anyone need added salt on a pizza? It was terrible so if Groupon will give me a refund I will take it, if not I guess I will use the coupon and maybe order salads?

Once again, this location failed to bring me the 5 sauces that were ordered and paid for. Called the store to refund me for them (since the first time this happened, it took over thirty minutes for them to bring them back… cold pizza anyone?) and of course, check my statement to see I was indeed charged. Funny how they didn’t forget to add on the tip to my charge! This also happened at their west Hollywood location a few months ago, where again I had to call and they actually DID adjust the charge and removed the sauces. For 75 cents each I would expect them to pay more attention, especially when I use the app to order — there shouldn’t be any confusion. Also, this would make it the third time, and it was NOT a charm.

Absolutely terrible. Delivered 1.5 hours after placing order. Pizza was cold and mushy and the outside box was crushed on one of its sides. Caesar salad was delivered with Italian dressing.
Apparently the driver was «unable to get a hold of me» during the first attempted delivery, despite my clear instructions and having provided my phone number (which someone wrote down wrong).
When I called and asked about the status, they sent the driver to re-​deliver my pizza and he told me he had left because he was unable to find parking and was unable to contact me. I also had to walk outside of my complex because he was still unable to find parking (there was temporary parking 50 feet away).
In the end, I have a completely inedible pizza and a partially edible salad. Upon calling again I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, dropped, called again, was placed on hold, was put in touch with one person, put on hold, then put in touch with another person. They offered to put in another order, but I declined.
I’ll call American Express in the morning and have them reverse the charge, because dealing with these people is a challenge beyond my capabilities.

The delivery drivers are not provided with crushed peppers and parmesan cheese to give the customers, even upon request. I called to let them know that I was not able to enjoy my pizza without my crushed peppers and they basically said «too bad». I guess I’m not ordering from here anymore. :/

Went here for the $ 7.99 large, 3-​topping carryout special. The pizza was ready in the time it took me to drive down Pico, and all I had to do was sign the credit card receipt. The guy working was very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza is a bit lacking in flavor, but that can’t be blamed on the store itself.
If there’s no street parking open, you can park on Manning or in the neighborhood just behind the alley.

DELIVERY REVIEW:
Just moved back to LA from the Bay Area. I’ve been unpacking for the last several days and needed to grab a quick and easy dinner. I ordered my standard Medium 2-​topping pan pizza and boneless chicken. Delivery guy was pleasant, the order was correct, and arrived timely. Yay for convenience.

I ordered my pizza just as I had the night before. Pizza guy shows up at my apartment front gate calls my apartment with the intercom system as instructed. I say hold on and I will buzz you in. I hit 9 and hear the buzz. 10 minutes or so go by and no pizza. So, my wife goes downstairs… no pizza guy. I call the Domino’s place and the driver answers the phone and says they are closed now and he is not bringing my pizza back out. He says he called my apartment several times and I never answered the phone. He called from his cell phone. I saw these calls later but had already buzzed him in. His next call was 10 minutes after I had buzzed him in. Took him awhile to figure out he was still outside I suppose. Anyway, I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was in charge now. I said, «you are the manager.» He said, «yes» and hung up on me. I drove to the Domino’s picked up my pizza and wings that I had ordered an hour and half before. When I got home I noticed my receipt. Since I have short hair, a southern accent and am white … I guess my new racist name is KKK… because that is my name on the receipt. Unlike most pizza, this one was not worth eating the next morning. If I could post a picture of the receipt on here so all the world could see… I would.

This is a FABULOUS Domino’s. I’m gonna go ahead and say that most of the other reviews on here are pretty dumb. Guy who reviewed the whole chain? Get out of here. Get a blog. This location is superior and has never messed up an order and one time they got here in less than 15 minutes! Ain’t that something. Haters gonna hate Domino’s, but you are STILL MY PIZZA HEROES!
