Don’s Hair Salon

I’ve tried many different barbers and hair salons in Los Angeles and Orange County, and this is the only place that I consistently come back to. Tamami knows what she is doing, and will give you the hair cut that you ask for. If you want to change up your hairstyle, she will also gladly oblige you and will tell you exactly what she is thinking.
The problem with a lot of other barbers and hair salons that I have gone to in the past is the lack of consistency and the inability to cut Asian hair. I have had $ 10 haircuts and $ 50 haircuts, and they could never give me the same haircut… or they simply did not know how to cut Asian hair. I would highly recommend this place.
FYI, this salon is located inside the Kyoto Grand Hotel (formerly the New Otani Hotel).
