Your yoga session was amazing! I can’t thank you enough for the pure light and sense of serenity you poured into my soul.
Your a wonderful being w/​a beautiful soul that radiates pure love.
Also I want to point out that it takes someone w/​great courage and wisdom to take time from there day to travel down to Skid Row & feed the lost & the wounded souls of DTLA. It was a true blessing to be part of that experience & I’m looking forward to being of help & attending more Yoga sessions w/​you! Thank you

I was lucky to have a few Yoga classes with the great Freidel !
I found peace, deep well being, as well as healing, i learned knowledge and infos which are life changing.
Through Freidel’s presence and Yoga, any negative emotions went into light and bliss !
Magic of love, Subtle alchemy, and Good instructions !
