Donegan just did a great job helping us to get our retail space for lease in Downtown Los Angeles! Our new business was looking for a right property for a year (!), so we’ve met many brokers and may compare. Thanks to Donegan — it was a very short time between when we came to see property he represented for a first time and when we signed the last page of the Lease Agreement. My experience with Donegan was great. He came off a bit scatter brained at first, but it all worked out in the end! Rented a class-​a office space in Downtown LA. I never needed help with leasing or renting in the past but the commercial real estate market in Downtown Los Angeles was new to me. I was looking for someone who was experienced that could provide a lot of good information to me about luxury and executive office space. Donegan did that. One thing, he didn’t really dress professionally which was kind of odd for the professional space we were looking at. But in the end he provided great service and helped me find an epic place. And THAT is all that really matters. Thanks Donegan!

I needed an industrial space for music, film shoots, events, and the occasional large-​scale art construction with high ceilings and 24 hour access. Donegan got me that. I looked at a bunch of creative office space in Downtown Los Angeles but most were renovated to the point where what I wanted to accomplish could cause potential damage. Donegan didn’t really go out and search for places like his web-​site seems to say he will. He already had places and just knew about other owners with that type of space.
I’m very happy with the industrial warehouse space I rented and would recommend him to anyone looking for creative space for rent in Downtown LA.

I have lived in Downtown Los Angeles for a while and I had been using my loft space to do club dancing and to create Youtube videos. I really wanted to separate the live from work so I decided to start looking for creative space for lease nearby where I live.
I found Donegan on Craig’s List because he pretty much all over the Downtown LA commercial real estate section. He was really chill and wasn’t pushy. At first he showed me some creative office buildings but I couldn’t find the vibe I was looking for. He showed me a warehouse space in the Fashion District with wood flooring and that was it.
I’m really happy and would def rent from him again.
