I was in the area and in the mood for some fried fish so I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. I noticed they had an A grade but when I walked through the door I was overwhelmed with a stinky fishy stench. I looked at the fish and it looked very old and it was not on ice. I made the decision between the smell and the old fish to walk out, I won’t be returning.

This place has been open for many many years but seems like there is a new owner on board! The food here is delicious and seems to have gotten even better with the new owner slightly changing the menu! Their portions are very generous, so generous in fact their to-go boxes are never properly closed due to the huge amount of food! Never to disappoint, a local fave spot of a true LA native! Literally go here 3 times a week… great food for even a greater price! Recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
