Edible Arrangements

Love this place! Extremely clean and staff are the most friendly. Fruit arrangements are made to order with top quality fruit. The chocolate and mixed toppings added to the dipped fruit are mouth-​watering. Plus, they always have samples! :)

I wanted to add something extra to my mom’s mothers day gift so I thought what better than flowers than an edible arrangement. I called ahead on Sunday and was told by the store manager that I was welcomed to come in since they had arrangements ready to go. I walked in and the store was nice and clean and the girls working there were very helpful I believe it was Sally who helped me she was great and the service was fast. Best of all my mom enjoyed her arrangement the fruit was fresh and sweet… I will definitely be coming back for more.

Very Unsatisfied with their service. I placed an order at this location and the employees rush you to go pick up your order and they leave before the advertised time.
The day I picked up my order they were supposed to be open from 8:00am-5:00pm, but they called me to tell me they were having «technical difficulties» and had to leave before 4pm. I was nowhere near the area and I needed some time to drive to the location. I literally had to RUSH to the store before they left. The least the employee could’ve done was offered to get my order delivered to my house since they were planning on leaving early.
Overall, this was not a good experience and I will not be placing any orders at this particular location. I don’t understand why their employees are leaving much earlier than the advertised time.

Went in yesterday and there’s was two girls working, the one that was helping me out was totally unhelpful. She seemed like she didn’t even want to work. Unfortunately i didn’t get her name. I understand it was Valentines Day but it wasn’t even busy when I went in I was the only customer in the store at the time. I wish I could give them no stars, but the one star they get should go for the actual arrangement which was okay, at least the fruit was fresh. Will not be going back. I rather drive to the one in Alhambra for better customer service.

I placed an order online for a friend’s birthday that same day for a delivery to her residence. It was pretty late in the day and within 30 mins I received a call from a woman saying that unfortunately their driver has gone for the day and they will not be able to deliver it. She asked if I wouldn’t mind if they delivered the next morning, but unfortunately I knew that there won’t be anyone at home to accept it, so I asked that we just cancel the order. She did not give me a hard time, was very apologetic and processed the refund right away. In another 10 – 15 minutes, she called back and said that if I want she can prepare a box of whatever they have in-​stock (I had ordered the fruit truffles box) and deliver it on her way home. I really wanted the selection that I had made, since I already had given the same person other arrangements and did not want to repeat the same thing.
Although, the transaction did not go through completely, and the delivery was never made, I was appreciative of the excellent service I was given. If this is a new location, I highly recommend that you give them a try. I don’t know if the woman was the owner, but regardless, she was nice, tried to do her best to accommodate me and I will be calling her again next time I need an arrangement delivered in the area.
Glad to see that there are still some people who believe in providing great service!!!
