Element Day Spa

I made an appointment at 6pm for an eyelash extension. The lady ensure me that Tiffany (the eyelash extension technician) has another client until 6pm so I wasn’t able to schedule anytime earlier. It locates 12 miles from my work, however with the horrible traffic near Korea town it took me a full hour to get there. I ran from the parking lot to look for the salon, which is hidden after a wall. I was near out of breath when I found the salon and got in at 6:05, only to find out that my name was not even on the schedule. There is only one eyelash extension technician in the salon, and she just started working on another client, which would take another hour and a half. It was so upsetting because I had to leave work early and ran like a maniac to get there ontime while they didn’t even bother to put my name on the schedule. They just said there was nothing they can do and I have to come back another time. I never wrote review before… but this place screwed up my Friday night so badly that I promised myself I would write one. This place is irresponsible and I hope they read these reviews so they can change.
