Sylvia is amazing! I hired her to deep clean my parent’s 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house which had not been cleaned in two years because my mom was battling pancreatic cancer and confined to bed. The house was coated in a layer of dirt and dust and the pantry and refrigerator smelled of rotting food. Sylvia worked for days. She didn’t stop until she was satisfied that every corner of the house, from ceiling to floor, was spotless. She moved all the furniture away from the walls to get behind everything and even took the window treatments down to clean. She scrubbed all the grout on the kitchen counters and tile floors and somehow managed to return it to its original color. The best testament to how clean it was afterwards was my dad– who commented that he was finally able to breath and even noticed that my mom wasn’t coughing as much.

Sylvia is the absolute best! She was efficient, courteous, trustworthy and her cleaning was above and beyond! I am extremely particular and she surpassed my expectations. I called her and she was most prompt at returning my call as well accommodating my schedule. She communicated, was there early, brought everything she needed to get the job done 100%!. She travels all over and is the best I have had! Please consider using her and you will be glad you chose her!

No! When Pablo sent his crew to come clean my townhouse I wish I had known what I was in store for. Three minutes in my house and I looked down at my white socks and they were brown. As I inspected my floors I realized they did not mop my floors at all and the whatever else they did was so iffy as I still had dust, paint chips (from them knocking into things and chipping the stairs) doghair, hair. It wasn’t pretty. So they came back. This time on my arrival home I found a pair of my boots at my front door. fortunately no one stole them and how four women left my townhouse and didn’t notice that they put my boots outside and left them?! Then I found my rug on my clean bed! Then I had to remop my floor with a swiffer that once again was a dark color and full of dust, doghair, etc. When I sent pictures to Pablo he sent me back a personally insulting email. I don’t know how he is in business. No apologly at all for leaving my boots outside of my house, a rug on my bed, paint missing from my stairs, dirty floors and god knows what else I will discover. I wish someone else had posted this first for me to read. What a waste.

I want to recommend Elite Cleaning Services to all my friends and family and other businesses I used their services for a project at work. Over time our roll up doors accumulate a lot of dust and we could not find the time to clean each and every single one. We have over 400 doors, so I called Elite and they did an amazing job, paid close attention to detail and left our doors very clean. I would definitely call them again for future projects, no job is too big or too small for them because they get the job done! Thank you so much.
