my laptop was corrupted and pretty much completely broken. The employee there who usually works in the back fixed it very fast and he was really nice. Apparently he just started working not so long ago, so kudos to him.

I never write reviews but I just had to, for this place. WORST COMPUTER STORE I’VE EVER BEEN TO!
Mom dropped off her computer here — they ended up DELETING all her pictures (over 2,000+) AND ended up giving us back SOMEONE ELSE’S pictures!!! They mix up EVERYONE’S information. BEWARE of this place!
The old man doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing or talking about. Doesn’t want to take blame for his mistakes. And he has two young employees in the back that don’t seem to know anything as well. NEVER NEVER TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE! Your pictures might be leaked onto someone else’s hard drive.

Charges cleaning fee without notice. Installs different stuff and charges for it. Typical conman. Never go here, you will get ripped off.

OMG the worst place ever!!!
Not knowing much about computers, I bought a computer here for over $ 600 just for the computer and gave them my old Dell computer as a trade in.
I went there 6 times (by the way, yes I carried that damn heavy thing every time) in the last 2 months because the damn thing wasn’t functioning and after I complained, she stated that it’s not her fault that I wasn’t satisfied!
I just want a functioning computer!!!
She kicked me out of the store stating that I was ruining her business and as I was walking out, I heard her last shocking words…“Next time, buy a computer from a better place“
If you need a computer, just buy it at a major electronic store. Don’t go here!!! You are going to regret it 100%
