I recently ordered a few necklaces from their site. It arrived promptly and was in good quality. I was very satisfied with my order. Although one of the necklaces seemed to have been slightly chipped from the shipping. I emailed their customer service and they were quick to apologize and remediate the problem. Overall i had a good experience with fashion Bella and plan on ordering again.
