I had a huge piece of canvas art (62X32) and it had a lot of creases. I was shopping around for a while since I wanted some help and guidance to get get it framed. I am glad I consulted Stephen. He was very professional and was quick at his job. At the end the art piece came out looking clean and great.
Throughout this process Stephen was more than happy to talk me thru different options and work within my budget.

It says it closes at 6 but it’s 5.30 and no one is there. I left my job earlier so can get on time and the store is closed. Such a waste of time. Four 18×24 inches artworks will be framed somewhere else, sorry.

So helpful and great quality of work. I had my fiancées law school diploma framed– and it was not in the greatest condition upon my arrival. They were able to make it look brand new and within a short time frame. Will definitely return for future framing needs.

I brought 3 items to Steve at Fastframe. Two items were already framed, but through the years, needed a lot of love.
The other was an original glass etched piece and very fragile.
I did not have any idea what I wanted to do with any 3 of these items. I pretty much felt at ease with Steve, and trusted his vision, and let him recommend the matting and the type of frames.
He had the frames finished in a very timely fashion. They look AMAZING! I feel I got a good value for the end product.
Steve was a real pleasure to work with. I will use him in the future and recommend this store to anyone looking to have an item framed.

My husband and I just returned from a life-​changing vacation in Norway and Sweden, and we wanted to frame some images I took on our trip. We went to Bel Air Camera in Westwood to print out 30×40 and 16×24 posters, and the guys there recommended FastFrame. I’m so glad I listened to them!
Steve took extra time helping me decide how I should frame the pictures. I told him how meaningful this vacation was to us so he helped me figure out which frames would best showcase the landscape. He also suggested spacers to add a 3-​dimensional element to the pics. I would never have known about that option had he not recommended it. This is what I liked about Steve — he was helpful and informative without being pushy and salesy. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided the perfect solution.
I gave him a pretty large order, and he actually finished it early despite the Christmas rush. Steve advised us on hanging the pics and even helped us load the car, ensuring that the frames were secure during the short ride home. My husband and I were incredibly satisfied with the job– from picking the frames to loading the car, Steve provided excellent service. The pictures looked unbelievable in the store and they look even better on our walls.
This place is a little on the pricey side, but the quality is absolutely worth the cost. I’ve already recommended it and will continue to do so without reservation. A+++

This place really rocks. Not only is the service good but they framed a custom framed poster for much less than their competitors. I went here first and then compared to other places, including Michael’s. Their customer service is excellent and they were exactly on time on the date they said they would have it ready. I highly recommend this place.

really impressed with the service here. the guy helping me (i think most likely the owner?) was super nice and gave me a great deal. the framing came out great. definitely will come back when i need another piece framed. =)

They do very high quality work, have great style suggestions, and even completely redid a frame for me at only a bare minimum of extra cost. Great people who do great work.

We get everything framed here. They do the work in house and it always looks fabulous. Also it’s usually ready in a couple of days.
