One big ass burger. It was flooded with people, luckily after I got my food. LOL… I’ve heard a lot about this place while on the east coast and I can say one thing. I tried Fatburger in Sac. and L.A. L.A.‘s was the best. Big, greasy, cheesy, and runny… Just the way I like them.

Came here for a quick bite to eat. This location was’nt any better or worse than the other Fatburgers I have visited in the past. The burger I got was great. My dad really enjoyed the french fries, but I think it’s mostly because we don’t often eat fast food. I think this is a great spot for that old fashion fast food fix.

Minus one star for how long we had to wait for a single burger :(Other that, it was yummy! The burger tasted fresh(they make it after you order it) and so were the fries! Pretty good in-n-out alternative near SC but still doesn’t quite hold a candle to it. I got the steak fries which are the fatter ones but get them«well done» if you like them crispy. I’m not a fan of soggy fries but I know some people prefer them to be softer. Get BBQ sauce too if you like that as your condiment! My friend and I waited almost 20 minutes for the burger :(I’ve seen in-n-out crank out their burgers at a faster rate even with a long line! I’d come here if I’m seriously craving a burger that isn’t McDonalds and if I got time to spare. Other than that, I’d go to Cup O Joy for food instead.

The worst fat burger and the worst restaurant period I’ve ever been to. I went there at 7:30 and they had run out of onion rings… but they decided to wait until I had already paid for them and my order was ready to tell me that. No apology and no effort to make up for the mistake. On top of that it took about half an hour just to get the single hamburger I ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Love this location! I just graduated and I am so sad that I’ve only eaten here 2 times. The staff is friendly, food is fresh, and they took the time to prepare the food. I recommend the turkey fat burger.

I love Fatburger! This is truly the last great hamburger stand. Very fresh when they make. No chemicals, no msg, 100% real beef they make hamburgers the with fresh lean beef, not frozen patties. Cooked-to-order, just the way I want it, every time. They have jukebox so while you eating a hamburger you also can enjoy the music. So you’ll hear some of the best music ever blasting from kickin’ on their jukeboxes from Rock’n’Roll, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Classic Soul that’ll keep you in your chair long enough to finish that big juicy burger. Now they’re somethings to make you fantasizing over that I love and I have taste like their onion rings made from real onions. They make hand-scooped real ice cream shakes from scratch which taste amazing. You have to taste their homemade chili, the chili is so addicting. Now their fries are cooked in 100% cholesterol-free oil. Fresh homemade cut fries no chemicals, no frozen . The location is in the area of USC and there’s a lot of restaurants around so don’t blink you may miss it. Inside is soo clean, I have to say they take good care of this place that’s why I’m always eating inside. Customer service is always excellent, very polite, helpful, and always smiling this place definitely gets an A+++++ I will definitely will be coming back here

I will start with the only complaint the parking lot is way too small but that has no reflection on this establishment. The burger was cooked to perfection, just the way I ordered it. The onion rings were amazing. They were not breaded to heavy and were golden and crispy. The drinks are a self service style which is always nice, especially with free refills. They have TV’s around for your entertainment and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed this location. They bathrooms didn’t need a key and to my surprise they were very clean.

Restaurant was stuffy; it felt as if it was unprepared for the summer which is impending on us. The fries are excellent, and the burger is big. However, the burger is not as tasty as it looks/I expected. The patty was overcoocked and a bit dry.

Umm — wow — this was very yummy. My husband and I had an unexpected lunch here and will definitely be back. Burger = fresh, hearty, and juicy. Fries = those giant steak fries that you can really spend some time with. We loved our meal. And for me, better than In N Out, except for maybe the bun.

Great burger joint. This is a great place… and only two blocks from the Expo Line. If I want a good burger, and don’t want to spend too much $$$, I come here.

As far as typical fast food burger chains go, this ranks above average. For the price, I believe Wendy’s is a better value. The burger is decent, juicy and balanced without having to much of any one ingredient. I would rather spend my days at In n Out, but there are none close by to where I live.(Two large king burger combos with chili fries goes for about $ 25.00)

Fatburger or Five Guys? Old School, or New Kids on The Block. Parking I personally, prefer Fatburger, but I give both places three stars. I go to both of them. As a matter of fact, the only reason I ended up going to Fatburger on this particular day, is that I got frustrated with the meager parking at 5 Guys, and decided to go to the ample parking of Fatburger. 5 Guys 0 Fatburger 1 Peanuts 5 Guys gives free peanuts to munch as you await your burger. I love peanuts, especially free 5 Guys 1 Fatburger 1 Price Burger, Fries and a Coke at Fatburger is under $ 10. Yeah for Fatuburger! You have achieved the DTLA lunchtime price goal! 5 Guys, not so much.. .closer to $ 12. 5 Guys 1 Fatburger 2 Burger Size 5 Guys Burgers are pretty darn tiny! Even their two patty burger seems to just equal Fatburgers reqular burger. 5 Guys 1 Fatburger 3 Burger Flavor I like the way 5 Guys wraps their burgers in foil to keep them warm and mosit. However, Fatburgers has excellent flavor as well, and don’t forget, they will do the burger on the grill or on the«char» according to your preference. A tie here. 5 Guys 2 Fatburger 4 French Fries The real judge of a burger place is their fries. 5 Guys does their fries fresh, and identifies the source of their potatoes. Fatburgers fries are frozen, but they give you a choice of fat fries or skinny fries. I’m going to have to give 5 Guys the edge here, mainly because they give huge portions of fries. 5 Guys 3 Fatburger 5 So, I declare Fatburger the winner, even though I give them both three stars and I go to both places frequently. Try them both, let me know what you think. Live to eat, Eat to Live

First things first, this location is a little confusing to find. But if you see the Denny’s sign you’re in the right spot. We came in here late at night and tried ordering however everything we wanted they were sold out of. We finally found some items they had and the owner gave us some free fries for the hassle. The burgers were good but I was expecting a little bit more with a name like«Fatburger». Not to mention it took them nearly 20 minutes to cook two burgers. We also ordered a milkshake and were overcharged, that was another 20 minutes to get it sorted out as the manager didn’t know how to reverse the charge and didn’t want to give us the cash difference. It was eventually worked out however for the trouble this place was to find, eat at, and pay for, I’d just opt for somewhere else altogether.

They were selling the public the combo with a soda when the soda machine was broken. Everyone had to drink lemonade even if they didn’t want to drink that. My husband was able to drink soda because he got the bright idea of asking them to get it from the drive thru machine. I think that if the soda machine is broken you should inform the public or at least not sell them the soda. Not cool. Everyone was complaining and it made it for a hostile environment. The only reason they got two stars was because the onion rings were good and the milkshakes weren’t bad. Never coming to this place again.

I give this place 2.5 stars. The food was actually quite good, BUT my main complaint was the price for the portion. My burger was like half the size of a normal burger but cost $ 3.15…which is more expensive than a normal In-N-Out cheeseburger! Also, it costs 70 cents extra for cheese! Ridiculous! This place is run like a fast food place and the atmosphere is a little bit dingy so I don’t understand the priciness. Therefore, I docked a few stars for that. Tip: When you order something, you can use your receipt to redeem free fries at your next purchase so if you go with a friend, one of you can order first, then the second person can get free fries with the receipt. :)

I’m generally hesitant in reviewing burger joints, because I generally perceive it as a necessary evil in the daily drudgeries of life. However, I have to say that fatburger isn’t that bad. I know, I know — you’re cultured and fat burger just seems sooo… barbaric. Yet, there are times when looking past the façade is pretty okay. The quality of the burger is good. It’s cooked fresh, to your order(which you can add toppings like eggs and other such non-burger conforming entities), but in general, it is satiating. You probably would be better off eating within the establishment, as this particular joint often takes more than 15 minutes to prepare your meal, so — unbuckle’em seatbelts, and other belts, and prepare yourselves for some chow-down.
