I just had a minor surgery (which went well) performed by Dr Festekjian and I must say he is GREAT! He is very professional, kind, and comforting. He patiently and knowledgeably answered all my questions. I’ve never been awake for a procedure before and he made sure to explain each step of the process beforehand which made me feel calm.
Jeani Primes rocks! She made sure I was well taken care of. Her friendly presence is so refreshing!

Dr. Festekjian is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about his subject matter, very kind and courteous, and quite good. His financial administrator, Jeani Primes, really knows her stuff. She has all the information regarding getting surgery covered by medical insurance and is on a first name basis with the insurance people. She got my pre-​approval completed in 2 weeks, whereas other doctors couldn’t get it faster than one month. The offices are beautiful — very modern with an Asian influence that makes them calming. All the staff are kind and polite and welcoming.
Dr. Festekjian is available to answer questions, and is very reassuring. My surgery went very well and I am extremely pleased with the result. I cannot say enough good things about him. He gave me good tips on what to expect during recovery. I felt he did an amazing job.
(Only one small bad thing which isn’t his fault — the parking at UCLA Med Center is a rip off — too expensive.)
