Fantastic service, Arnold was very pleasant to work with. Called him the day before told him what I wanted (tile removal), texted him pics to his phone with the square footage, got back to me right away with a quote. He came in the next day as scheduled, finished the job before noon. Cleaned up all the debris, did a clean job and was on his way. Best part about it he stuck to the original quote. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will be calling you again for my floor maintenance needs and refer you to my pals. Thank you.

Arnold is the man! I built out an art studio space and usually do all my projects DIY. There was some super old linoleum tile on half of the floor space that was really tough to get off so I looked for someone to help me out. Arnold came the next day and gave me an estimate on the spot after checking out the space. I finally got around to calling him back and he came in a few days later to start the job. He originally estimated that it would take him 4 hours to complete, but the lino was on so hard it took him most of the day to tear out, he worked a solid 8 hours on my floor and it came out great! His pricing was fair and he did a great job. Highly recommended!

Arnold was AWESOME! I’m usually a DIY person and had never used Angies list before. When he called I checked out his info and saw many raving reviews and one negative one. I learned a long time ago that you can’t please everyone no matter how hard you try. When it came to the work he did for me I couldn’t have asked for more. Prompt contact and communication from the very beginning. Fair price. Showed up on time. Very neat and clean.
Once he started on my project it turned out to be way more difficult than expected. It ended up taking almost twice as long as expected. He never complained. He never asked for a dime more than the original estimate. And best of all the job came out perfect. I couldn’t be happier and will use Arnold on future projects and refer him to anyone who needs anything done.
