Do not use this delivery service! They don’t even have an accurate system of which restaurants deliver to which addresses! I placed an order for chinese food delivery through
, waited over 20 minutes, only to get a call from the restaurant saying that I should never have been able to order from them in the first place as I am outside of their delivery area. Nothing I could do or say about it. The restaurant just cancelled my order.
I then get a call from Forked telling me that my card will not be charged for the order (it better not), but that there may be an authorization (there is) and I now can’t access those funds for 3 business days.
Did I mention that I’m PREGNANT, extremely hungry, and will now have to wait another hour for another restaurant to deliver to my place? Did the rep I spoke with at Forked care? Nope. Did they offer to do ANYTHING to make the situation right? Nope. They just hung up on me.
Terrible service. Simply terrible. Will never use them again.

Forked is an awesome service that we’ve utilized many times since we moved to the area. We no longer have reliable transportation and have come to depend on Forked to deliver to us when I’m not in the mood to cook. We love Forked and would recommend it to everyone!

Forked is really a great service. Super easy to use, access to coupons and reviews, and excellent customer service. I forgot to request something in my order after it was placed, so I called to change my order and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful! My food arrived in no time and I was able to enjoy some hot, yummy thai food. Highly recommended!

We’ve used Forked a number of times, all for our favorite restaurant, Wild Carvery in Burbank, and it’s reliable, convenient, and fast. We definitely will continue to use Forked and branch out to other restaurants. There’s a great selection in our area; we just have to overcome our Wild Carvery date shake addiction.

I just used Forked to order from Tibet-​Nepal House in Pasadena, and I was pleased with the service and would definitely use it again. I think it’s a new business, so it should only get better — adding more restaurants, for instance (though there’s a good choice for starters). The site is straightforward and ordering is easy. I placed my order 45 mins in advance of when my guest was arriving, since of course delivery takes time and you can’t blame the delivery service if you expect your food in 5 mins. It was scheduled to come in one hour (to be expected for the height of dinner time), but they were about 15 mins early i think — and certainly came within that hour, which worked well. The delivery boy was courteous. Delivery was FREE, with a minimum purchase from restaurant of $ 25 (though of course I tipped the delivery boy). The delivery charge and minimum varies by the restaurant, but those are stated clearly up front, so you can consider it as a factor in choosing the restaurant. All the right food showed up… IMPORTANT HEADS UP: if you have a promo code for
, be sure to REGISTER with the site; if you order anonymously (as guest), it won’t work… even if it looks to YOU like it will.

Easy and convenient! I liked that when I typed in the address near my work I came up with a whole list of restaurants I had never heard of or considered, but it was a small enough list that I wasn’t overwhelmed. I ended up going to Lulu’s Café. The food was good and ready when I arrived to pick it up.
The site reminds me of GrubHub, which I use often on my phone. Love the whole idea of ordering food in written format where you don’t have to scream at someone in a noisy kitchen.

Great website, easy to use and very fast service.
Entered my address and it brought up a great list of restaurants sorted by distance.
We picked China Lite and the menu came up, and we ordered Chinese food.
I would definitely use this site again, much easier than talking on the phone.
