Honey siracha on a lazy Saturday morning hits the spot. The biscuit is perfectly cooked and flaky. The over easy egg on the sweetness of the sauce is simply perfection. It is not too heavy and is completely satiating. The OG is also scrumptious — more lunch-like than breakfast, but simply delicious. High quality ingredients truly make the difference.

Holy chicken that was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in life. First off, big shout out to Rendizzle, Jose and the other dude(sorry forgot your name). Ren was such a fun and sweet OG, thanks for the love and bacon! The sandwich! Over and over we kept saying«oh my god. Oh my god!» It’s not like a typical chicken sandwich that’s hard, dry or overly breaded. The chicken was actually soft and juicy on the inside and just the perfect amount of breading. The bun was also soft, toasted and just perfection. I was super jaded about the prospect of yet another chicken sandwich but free range completely changed chick sandwiches for me. Damn this is so good I can’t wait to be in LA again and get another!

Good lord… the sandwiches here are amazing! I got the the original fried chicken sandwich and the honey sriracha fried chicken biscuit. The OG sandwich came on a toasted portuguese bun and was topped with fresno chili coleslaw. The chicken was super crispy and extremely moist and the slaw definitely helped balance out the oiliness. The honey sriracha chicken came on a very fluffy biscuit and nothing else. It was good but I definitely liked the OG better because it wasn’t as heavy. So glad that they’re stopping by in Brentwood weekly now, can’t wait to try their Wolf special next! Tip: Bring your appetite because the sandwiches are huge!

I’m a novice food truck chaser, I only go when I know they are a mile in my radius. They use to have this awesome spicy chicken sandwich but they don’t have it anymore:(. It’s still a solid food truck. If you’re super picky about white/dark meat chicken, the meat is always dark. Pice range is a bit high($ 12 and up) just for the sandwich.

Tempura battered chicken, the option to add cheese and bacon to all of the sandwiches, various options to satisfy the different types of taste buds — what’s not to like? They travel around, so it’s not always in the Arts district. They keep you going back to their website by having specialty sandwiches once in a while for a day only. Be sure to get here early, as there’s always a line!

Tempura battered chicken deliciousness. I got the OG chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, and let me tell you, that is how you make a chicken sandwich. Everything on it is stacked like a fresh game of Jenga. Perfectly balanced and just waiting to be demolished. Friendly cashier. Engaging and straight to business. Reasonable wait time. 12 minutes for a freshly fried chicken. I’ll wait for quality any day. Portion size is is just right. Leaves you feeling fulfilled but not overly stuffed. Completely worth the drive to downtown with traffic.

This is their location on Tuesdays. I know it can be hard to locate a food truck so I’ve listed their location below; MWF: Coffee Commissary in West Hollywood T: Stumptown Coffee Roasters in the LA Arts District H: Alfred Coffee in Silverlake I had their OG fried chicken sandwich and my friend had the Honey Sriracha chicken and biscuit. They didn’t have their potatoes because their fryer apparent was out of commission. I had the OG and added their avocado spread. I want to first say that I’m not usually a big fan of mashed avocado spreads or coleslaw and am usually dubious when someone says they tempura fry food not in a Japanese setting. But oh my glob was the food here good. The breading was light and crispy. While it was reminiscent of tempura battering it was adjusted to accommodate chicken. The chicken itself was very tender and juicy. The slaw was a great addition to the sandwich adding an extra dimension of crisp and freshness to the ensemble. Their avocado spread looked like they had just mashed it before I ordered it, would definitely recommend anyone adding it to their sandwich. The bun which I was told was a Portuguese brioche bun held the ensemble together very well. It was a light buttery bread that soaked up all the delicious juices dripping off the other ingredients. My friend’s honey Sriracha chicken biscuit was this incredible breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was crispy on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside while still maintaining enough heft to be filling. There was also a fried egg inside the sandwich which was quite the pleasant surprise. The honey was distinctive but not overpowering. It’s hard to find such good fried chicken or a place that make such a great chicken sandwich. Come here and try it for yourself and see the light!

Had the honey sirrachi chicken today with egg and it was everything I hoped for. I’ve been drooling over their picks for weeks and it was well worth the drive and wait. Can’t wait to try them again soon!

OG chicken sandwich was the best. I didn’t like the honey scracha chicken that much. It was too dry for my tasting. The OG was moist and had good toppings. The egg and chicken is just so plain. I need more. I would get another OG though

I scarfed down the chicken sausage egg and cheese muffin. Best chicken sausage I’ve had, ever. Great and peppery; and paired with the mustard seed mayo infusion greatness you can’t go wrong. Great to park in front of stump town, awesome collaboration. Definitely worth the stop!

Def recommend trying the whole menu, I had sampled two and thinking gonna try the other! Clean efficient and great location! Wish they would drive to Napa with me! Lol

Wow. This place is great. Came for stumptown coffee, stayed for the avocado toast, OG fried chicken sandwich, and avocado egg cheese sandwich. Though they use dark meat(which I love) the fried chicken sandwich isn’t too heavy and the combination of fresh ingredients keeps it pretty balanced throughout eating the whole thing. The thick cut of bread on the avocado toast seemed intimidating but one bite of the crusty exterior and soft inside makes you realize that it is the perfect balance with the avocado mash on top. Pickled and fresh veggies gives it the perfect amount of crunch and brightness. What a pleasant surprise on a weekend afternoon. Perfect place to bring your dog and sit on their patio!

Ok first of all I would like to say what an awesome experience eating free range LA! I’ve tried the OG chicken, honey Siracha, and last but definitely not least the Wolf(special menu)! The wolf is by far the most delicious sandwich I ever tasted! Try any of those three and you won’t be disappointed!

I stumbled upon this yesterday, and what a treat! I had the honey sriracha fried chicken biscuit, except I did not get a biscuit. It was the end of the day, and they were sold out of biscuits, but they suggested the brioche. I was bummed, but I begrudgingly said yes. Well, I am happy I was open to suggestion, because it was delicious! The chicken was juicy and crunchy. The honey sriracha glaze was a lovely compliment to the crisp chicken and over easy egg. The brioche was light and fluffy. Now today I was driving down Sunset and there they were in Silverlake. I pulled over and got an egg, cheese and bacon biscuit. It was wonderful! It is a heavy breakfast, but tasty. I also ordered a honey sriracha sandwich, on a brioche, for lunch. I highly recommend getting that sandwich on a brioche. I think the biscuit would be a bit heavy and take away from the chicken. All in all… fantastic truck!!!
