From the moment we walled in and met Marialena, we felt right at home. Her welcoming charm was just the beginning of the best experience we could have ever asked for! We were then greeted by Eddie and his friendly daughter Laura! As first time ring shoppers, we felt overwhelmed when we first walked in but that was quickly gone the moment Eddie started talking to us. His charisma and passion in his craft came through while explaining things to us! He was able to combine all the ring ideas we threw at him, and custom made the ring of my dreams! I have done business with Garcia’s Jewelry many times. They are a very old fashioned
jewelry store with amazing customer service. I live about 200 miles from Los Angeles
and I have dropped off jewelry which they have either fixed, changed, or redone completely.
They took my 30 year wedding ring, kept the diamond, and completely changed the setting. I requested a tiffany style ring with white gold, my old setting was done in yellow gold. Mr. Garcia did a beautiful job with my ring and the following year he took some old jewelry I had and melted down the gold and made me 2 white gold bangle bracelets which I also love. He’s done a lot of work for me and I have always been more than satisfied. He is extremely honest, and I feel very confident leaving my jewelry with him. He does a beautiful job and has great prices. Much, much lower than the big name stores. This is a family run business, with both
his Aunt and two adult children working with him. I am happy to support a unique family owned business that still exists today. They greet you by name as you walk in, provide wonderful customer service, do a beautiful job and you can’t beat the prices. It’s also fun to shop and have a great Mexican dinner in the neighborhood near the store.

My girlfriend brought her watch here because we thought the battery needed to be replaced (the dial on the clock was slowing down).
We were greeted with so much welcome by everyone at the store.
They worked on the watch, and told us that nothing was wrong with the battery, they cleaned the inside and told us that the cleaning should do the trick.
They didn’t charge us anything, and the most important thing was that they were honest. They could’ve easily ripped us off without us knowing, but they didn’t.
I can understand why they’ve been in business for so long. Good quality work, friendly, and honest.

There are certain things in life you should entrust to a competent professional, such as your children. You wouldn’t leave them at a daycare that’s ran by a drunk mental patient, or would you? Nor would you hand over your cherished watches to some guy at the mall.
Not saying the guy at the mall is terrible per se, you could bring your old $ 8.99 Disney watch and have the batteries changed, but not your grandmother’s watch.
I found an old Bulova watch and didn’t know where I could send it to for repairs. I was pointed to the Garcias as they have been around for a long time and could be trusted to not screw up my watch.
For a good deal they fixed the broken link on the band, repaired the damage and cleaned it up considerably well. Most importantly they were honest.
