AWESOME WORLD CLASS customer service. 11 out of 10. Any business can get a good rating when everything goes well in a sale. It’s how they perform when a problem arises that really puts a business to the test. I had a problem with something I bought from Garden and Pond Depot through Amazon. The folks at their customer service dept. went WAAAAAAY out of their way to make it right earning my enduring loyalty. I will now check Garden and Pond Depot first if I want to buy something they might carry. I am a tough customer and they maintained a respectful cheerful attitude throughout. You simply can’t find a better business for your pond and garden needs. They are number one, the best, first class, look no further.

I’m so glad I found this place. I have a wall fountain that I bought somewhere else several years ago. It suddenly stopped working.
After looking at photographs that I sent via email and hearing me describe what happened, Steve was able to diagnose what the problem was and order the part for me. My fountain is working again and I’m so happy. He was a dream to work with. I will definitely be back here and recommend them to my friends.

I was looking for a large garden waterfall fountain for my wife. I searched for days on the web and called and emailed many vendors before settling on Garden & Pond Depot. The customer service rep Steve was not only knowledgeable about the product line, but answered all my questions and even helped me select the correct fountain for my needs, the Alpine WIN730. I was looking for one that made bit of water noise to make it sound like we lived next to a stream, and this fountain was perfect!!! No need to search any further, this is your source of all your garden & pond needs. The price was also the best, and my wife is very happy! Thank you Steve & Co.

This is an awesome online store with an excellent customer service staff. I was inquiring about a product and the rep was very helpful and not-​at-​all pushy. What a great find! I was shopping for a squirrel statue online and discovered this place. I saw a particular statue for less than half the price of other garden statue stores. Unfortuantley, when it arrived, it was damaged. I contacted Garden & Pond Depot via email. Within a few hours I had received a personal (not auto-​reply) email, followed up by a voice mail left at my home phone. (I was at work) Fantastic customer service! I sent a picture of the damaged statue and a replacement was immediately shipped out. I do a lot of online purchasing, both personally and professionally, and I can’t remember the last time I had such a fantastic experience with a company.
