After a week of struggling to breath, I finally broke down and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Zagelbaum.
Office Staff — efficient and helpful. From my initial interaction with them during the scheduling of the visit to follow-​up, everything ran smoothly. Bonus perk, his office even accepted my insurance as an in-​network provider.
Dr. Zagelbaum — actually spent time with me. He had excellent bedside manner, really trying to get to the root of my issues. He was knowledgeable, and immediately ordered some breathing tests, blood tests and a chest x-​ray. The breathing tests and blood draw were done on the premises, and the X-​ray was a few blocks away. After my breathing tests were finished, he once again took the time to sit down with me to explain what was going on. He asked me on numerous occasions if I had any questions, and he was extremely patient. He was reassuring, knowledgeable and caring. Great doctor, friendly staff — overall an excellent doctor’s visit.
