I booked this company after calling at least 25 others whose prices were $ 150-​$ 300 more. I booked from 2:30 — 7:30pm from City Walk to Long Beach for a 4:00 — 6:00pm boat ride. I was advised the driver would be 5 mins late due to traffic, no biggie. Well he parked in the wrong spot and passed by us 3 times before finally pulling back around to find us. Unfortunately this caused us to be about 20 mins late to the destination. That is the only reason for the minus 1 star. The driver (Don’t remember his name) was apologetic, very friendly and a great driver. The air, radio, and aux cord worked fine; that’s all we needed plus liquor. If I ever need another limo in the LA area, I’d definitely book gateway.

The service was amazingly exceptional, our Driver was Paul, very courteous and friendly. Rje drive was smooth as ever, very safe. We got fresh drink and chilled by the time we got back to the Limo after the party. Booking it was no sweat either. I will definite and highflying recommend the service. Til next time.

If you want your limo to show up on time or at all, use another company. This place left me and my 6 guests without a ride to my sister’s 50th birthday party an hour before he was to arrive because the driver was in Temecula with another party and couldn’t leave. All they said was sorry & we will refund your deposit… wonder what they would’ve charged ME if I cancelled on them with one hour notice?!
USE ANOTHER COMPANY PEOPLE! THIS ONE SUCKS!
